Had to move rooms multiple times at 10:30pm and still do not have a receipt.
To anyone thinking of staying here, please do so only after considering the many negative reviews that are on here, having stayed there two nights I can attest as to their accuracy. We did not expect anything fancy given the price range, however, there are a few basic things that are still expected. Mainly, I am a real stickler for indoor plumbing that works. Around 10:30 at night my wife was going to take a shower and use the restroom only to find out that the toilet would not drain and almost overflowed, and the same for the bathtub. We had to go ask to move rooms. We move our stuff into another room which, after moving our luggage we went into the bathroom to notice that the shower facet there would not stop running and the bathroom floor was covered in standing water. Being after 11:00pm, we tried calling around to see if anyone else had vacancy and they did not. Stuck trying to make this hotel work we asked to move rooms again. It was essentially we try and get a refund and try and find a hotel around 11:30 or so, or keep moving rooms until one had functioning plumbing. Everything about this hotel just lacks professionalism and any sense of standards, even for the value hotel that they are. Needless to say the everything everyone else says about the quality of the room and cleanliness of the room is true, but I simply focused on the more fundamental indoor plumbing aspect. I have attached photos from the first room. My wife took the photos of the second and I do not have those on me as I write this, but the second room essentially had standing water all over the bathroom floor. Lastly, even when we were finally close to getting checked out, we had to wait a significant amount of time simply to hand someone our card to leave. I still have not received an email receipt as promised. Best of luck (please do not stay here),
Disappointment after disappointment!!!
So after me and my family have arrived they gave us a room that smelled like smoke... twice... I have a newborn with me.. and they switched and as you can see in the first photo everything was okay until came back to my room to find it completely flooded.. patiently I waited for my room to me changed and now I’m the second photo after the guy told me he checked the room I come in and evaluate everything I have no toilet seat with piss all over it... I get it a cheap hotel is a chip hotel but come on... WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS ARE YOU RUNNING HERE. It’s disgusting and it’s a disgrace how this what we have to expect when you check in to one of these places! And to whomever is the actual owner of this place and company, all I have to say is GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER & FAST!!!
What not to get for 15,000 points being a diamond member!
The room looked like it was pieced together with furniture from scrap yard... I and my wife were extremely disappointed that we used 15,000 points as a diamond member.. and will probably never stay there again.. Room #250 👎..
Special shout out to Kaz! I was helping someone in need, Kaz made sure that I was not taken advantage of. I called the next to make sure that they checked out. He assured me all was taken care of!! #KAZInCreditableService
Room was clean and comfortable. Had a few issues but they were very willing to accommodate. AC was out and within 30 mins they replaced the whole unit. Kaz at the front desk was very helpful. Good spot without all the Daytona traffic.
