Nice Place
I went out of my way to stay at this place and I was not disappointed. Friendly staff, great room, clean, spacious. It was over by the Air Force Base so there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. Usually I stay north of the city or in Bricktown, but I think this may be my new "go-to" when I'm passing through.
Convenient and Clean
This is a fair new property that is convenient to interstates and also to the air force base. We had a clean room and a restful evening. Due to COVID, the hotel provided a "to go" breakfast, which was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.
Good hotel at good location
This is a very good clean hotel - in the upper gradings for Marriott products - located close to restaurants, fast food and highways. Quiet at night and very friendly and helpful staff - thank you will stay here again if I’m in the area.
We had a great stay and the front desk were great.
I almost didn't book here because of the negative reviews about the staff and management but I took a chance because of the free parking and proximity to our event. We has a 4 night stay and it was great. The front desk people were super nice, although quiet and behind plexiglass due to precautionary issues, they couldn't have been more pleasant. I even chose to speak to both of the women who were there just to see the response I'd get, and they were awesome. Our room was clean, decently quiet. The A/C was shockingly cold, but it was also 100 degrees outside. For the cost and convenience you can't find a better stay. A friend stayed at the hotel next store for the same price and am glad we chose this place after seeing it.
The worst experience I’ve had at a Marriott , or any hotel, EVER.
This stay has been a disaster from the beginning that has only been made worse by the lack of helpfulness from the staff and management. We have been here since Wednesday and unfortunately we are stuck here due to the fact that, like an idiot, I prepaid for a room with amenities I didn’t even know weren’tgoing to be available to us. The ones that are available seem to have rule changes to fit whoever happens to be on duty at the time and are never consistent. When we first checked in and we’re miffed about the lack of hot breakfast, an operating pool or fitness center and that our rooms would only be cleaned every 3 days and only if we were all out of the room, we were told by one manager that there was nothing they could about it, such as a discounted rate, because they could barely afford to pay their staff as it was because business had been slow(they were completely booked and turning people away on Friday). Another manager(Lane) later told us that wasn’t true and to contact him if we had further problems. Unfortunately the number he gave us to contact is the front desk number! So this morning when my companion went down to get breakfast for us and bring it back to the room, as he has done EVERY morning this week, that’s 4 days so far, he was told we would have to wake up and get everyone dressed to come down and get their own brown bag breakfast. We were also charged a $150 fee 2 days after we checked in for an ‘incidentals deposit’. Having prepaid, we were never informed of this deposit, even at check-in. We have been here 4 days and our room has yet to be cleaned or linens changed because we aren’t up and out when housekeeping comes by, so we’ve been getting fresh towels and emptying our garbage ourselves. We are extremely disappointed and upset with our stay and the rude, unhelpful staff. We even made a phone call to corporate and got no where, we were just referred back to local management who has yet to do anything except shoot the occasional rude stare (Audrey) anytime we are in the lobby. We will not be staying here, or any other Marriott location again and will be encouraging our friends and traveling partners not to do the same. I understand the state covid restrictions(I looked them up), but the false advertisement, lies and attitudes of most, not all but most of the staff here are completely unacceptable.
