More about the hotel
What a shame.
1) PAPER THIN WALLS. We Heard every word of the conversation next-door, including his snoring. 2) Three small pillows on a king size bed. The front desk promised to deliver more pillows, but it never happened. 3) The front desk confirmed it was a dog free hotel. NOT TRU... guess were walking through the lobby with their dogs. A new hotel with really cheap construction. What a shame. Unfortunately there is more “cute” than “quality”.
Nice Stay
We felt welcome when we checked into this modern, chic hotel. It has a very good vibe. Our room was good sized, but not large. Plenty of lights and a small refrigerator. We were in a corner room so we didn't hear anyone during our stay. A shuttle is available between the hotel and the airport which is less than 15 minutes away! Nice service! The staff were wearing masks and plenty of hand sanitizers. There's a wide range of gas stations and restaurants in the area to choose. This is attached to the Embassy Suites.
Don't stay here if you want to sleep at night.
This is not a hotel for travelers this is a party destination. The hotel has a new modern feel and the service is fast and friendly plus the rooms are nice, but it gets 1 star because the walls are paper thin and it is like sleeping in a frat house...you can hear Noise from every direction even across the hall. If you stay here bring ear plugs....I wish I had read the other reviews before we stayed here, never again! And yes we also gashed ourselves on the bed frames, someone will sue and the yelp reviews will be the slam dunk. It's 11:30 PM and you would think our room was in the middle of a club...This hotel is a total ghetto S!#t Hole...Avoid at all costs. Then at 1:15AM the next wave of partiers came back to the room on the other side...good times. And just to add insult to injury the toilet paper is so thin and cheap you can literally see through it.
Staff Does Not Follow Mask Law
I did not observe any employee at this hotel complying with mask rules. I observed 1 worker at the front desk not wearing a mask at all and 2 workers there not wearing masks properly (their noses were fully exposed) all while talking to guests inches away and not behind the plexi-glass that was installed. Another employee who actually did wear a mask properly later had her nose fully exposed when I walked by again, as did the employee at the bar. Not only are they flouting Hilton’s CleanStay Promise, they’re also violating Colorado’s mask mandate law and don’t seem to care.
Decent area
This was located less than 10 minutes away from the airport and had many nice restaurants located close by. We did have an issue with getting stuck in the elevator during a power outage briefly, however it didn't seem that the staff were aware and no one answered the emergency call which was a bit concerning. Overall it met our needs, was clean and staff were kind.
