Outstanding hospitality
I came with a group for work. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Doug and Brenda made sure we had everything we needed. The view from my room was gorgeous, even in this really depressing month, and in the summer I bet it's spectacular. My server at the restaurant was delightful. I just cannot say enough good things about this hotel!
Accommodating and Polite
The staff was incredibly polite with any needs and addressed them in a timely manner. Facility and rooms were clean and had amenities needed during the stay. Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced.
Excellent Service by Sone!
Best breakfast & service!! The Lakefront View was a bonus!! Had the 3 egg omelet & delicious, the hash browns were amazing! The Caesar’s were mixed “on point”!! Thank you for the awesome service & food Sone!
Best stay ever!
Had a wonderful week at the holiday in this fall! Joe at the front desk and Tina and Sasha in the restaurant make you feel like you right are at home! Great food, great people, and great memories! They really cater to everyone and leave the dock in as late as you want if you are bringing a boat! We will be back soon! Order the Slider Trios at breakfast and you will not be disappointed!!
Birthday Getaway!
I reserved a room for a surprise getaway for my wife for her birthday, ended up with the fourth floor lakeside room and they put the single red rose I requested on the bed for her to see when we walked in and that was so special! The room was super clean, bed so comfy and the view, well it is Priceless. Food in the hotel was delicious and trust me because I am a former Chef and I like good food where I stay, they did not let me down so Kudos to the kitchen staff! Pontoon rental was simple and most enjoyable, little bit cool temperatures in the morning until we came back in at 2pm but nonetheless a relaxing time. My wife enjoyed the surprise and could not have enjoyed her birthday anymore! We will be back for sure!
