Happy with the room ,but not with the staff service

I came for check-in with my girlfriend at the hotel in the afternoon ,after a long drive from palm jumeirah ,where we stayed before and we requested to have a king room with balcony like i requested at agoda booking but they told us is not available .The staff saw us that we had a lot of luggage but noone even moved an inch to help us.We went to the room ,the room was fully equiped and modern but after we tried the bed it was very uncomfortable and in a bad state ,i even noticed that they have joined the bed so badly and didnt even inform us upon check in ,that they gave us twin room .They offered us a room change after but it was too late ,and we were tired because of our trip to Atlantis .The breakfast was horrible ,only 2 options to choose for egg and some coffee ,nothing else and the place was like a 2 star restaurant ,and when we requested to go to the pool they told us is not available ,i stayed 3 days and i didnt even have the chance to check the pool ,when in agoda it says pool provided at the hotel.I would like to mention Francis Fernandez from IRD for his awesome 5 star service ,he is truly an asset for your hotel .In overall you need to give the guest more information about facilities and what you provide so the next time would book to a better hotel who knows how to welcome guests!!
Good place to stay with friendly stagg.

Good hotel and people were friendly staff. There was a grocery store next door, which added to convenience. Staff helped me to get the taxi when needed, as i was traveling with kid. I didn't have local number, staff helped me in situation where i need local number

Service is super bad 2 hours waiting for room service , all the time there is no water and coffee , even they didn't change the bed sheets usually I was there for a week 1st days was slowly but was ok now it's not not accepted at all

This is a long review but you should read it if you’re about to book a room in this hotel. I made a two night prepaid booking for a room for two adults, my friend and I drove all the way from Abu Dhabi. My friend’s visa is being renewed and her passport is in the embassy, she had a passport copy and a contract for her new job signed. AT 5 AM IN THE MORNING THEY REFUSED TO LET HER IN TO SLEEP IN A ROOM THAT IS ALREADY BOOKED AND PAID FOR!! They also refused to give the money back. I explained that we cannot go back to Abu Dhabi and there’s nowhere for her to sleep, I believe that good service and quality hotels would have some kind of exception for LOGICAL reasons and situations. However, Sajid on reception was not helpful at all and kept closing doors in our face and was not welcoming AT ALL! It got to the point that I said a 24 year old girl will sleep in the street because her passport is being renewed!!! And NOTHING. Please note the room had a bad odor and sheets were dirty and stained. Customer service I would give an absolute ZERO.
Work smart, don’t be robots. Just terrible.

I stayed tow times before, then i was sitting with my friends and they was looking for a hotel to stay, i recommend this hotel and i booked tow rooms then we just find out that everything is closed due to Covied 19 and we will get only the bed nothing else, so in the same time after we booked we just called to cancel our booking as we will not be able to stay, can you imagine the reception refused and said will not cancel even if you will not come will not refund the money.
I tried to explain to him the current situation and all the airlines and hotels showing flexibility but he couldn't get it, i even asked to talke to one of the management but he told me I'm the one who's responsible now and I'm sorry I can't connect you to anyone i told him give me any contact or email also he refused , it was really disappointed and really very bad experience i didn't expect that i will have this kind of attitude
