Cassidy's was comfortable, adequate to purpose, and very centrally located with reasonable pricing! We didn't eat in the restaurant but there was a popular restaurant. They were generous with ice and complimentary drinks to accommodate us for any small hiccups with the WiFi!
Great place to stay

We stayed at Cassidy Hotel for 3 days Our first night was a little noisy from the back alley We talked about it with Earmon the next morning,, he instantly switched our room. The staff was great. Rooms were clean and spacious , breakfast was very good We found that it was close to everything Would recommend it and if in Dublin again we will stay there

My husband and I stayed at Cassidys Hotel for one night while we were visiting Dublin. From beginning to end our stay was fantastic. We had a very warm welcome on arrival by reception staff. Our room was bright and spacious, very comfortable beds and great shower. The hotel is very centrally located, about a 10 walk to all the shops, bars, and restaurants. Breakfast next morning was very tasty , and staff were very efficient. Covid Safety measures were in place all over the hotel , so during our stay we felt very safe. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
Stupendous value and a great experience

From the initial phone booking with Katie to meeting Katie in person at Reception and checking out two days later, I could have nothing but praise for Cassidy's. We are all challenged and tired (this was December 2021) but the staff at Cassidy's made it seem that all was festive and ship-shape with everything to enjoy! My room was great: quiet (except for loud TV noise from the adjoining room and external window-washing which was good to see happening anyway) and with windows that opened. Very comfortable! The bar serves a very good cappuccino. The bar and foyer and halls have a literary theme which suited me very well. It was a wonderful surprise to see a picture of Patrick Kavanagh, and to read a very apt quote. The breakfast was good, in a lovely dining room, again with wonderful, friendly, attentive staff. Cassidy's is on Cavendish Row, right opposite the Gate Theatre. It was wonderful to step out into the centre of Dublin. I went to the Abbey one night and it was amazing just to walk five minutes back to Cassidy's. I thought the value was incredible. There was great attention to detail and service. A very good experience and one I hope I get to have again. Well done everyone, at every level of the business! May you long continue to offer the experience, service, and value evident during my stay!
Nice hotel; but only Tesla chargers

Nice hotel near centre of Dublin. Friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is that they have bought lots of Tesla electric chargers - which don’t work with any electric car that can be afforded by mere mortals, so useless. Please dump Tesla and install normal Type 2 chargers!
