Acceptable

This clearly used to be a Motel 6. All they did was change the sheets and add an OYO pillow. My main gripe is that the office was tricky to find. Aside from that, the room was decent, if minimalist. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was decent and the shower was hot. There was no noise outside and I did get a decent enough sleep. The front desk did call 15 minutes before checkout to let me know that my time was up. Goodness forbid I stay 2 minutes over. This hotel is exactly what one would expect from OYO.

Not safe and not clean

Reviewed 7 february, 2021

I have driven across country 3 times alone and have never encountered this bad of a room or motel. My door had only 1 lock and wasn’t sealed so you could see into the room from outside. I put a table against the door but it didn’t help. Every appliance dirty and broken. Bathroom was disgusting. I would rather sleep on the grass outside in the cold than in the “bed”. There was a party of 8 bbqing right in front of my window... not theirs. Front desk when I called was like what room? I said the number and she was like oh yeah that room.... I checked out and asked for refund (OYO I hope you do the right thing here) and drove 30 more mins to another motel not in Dunnigan.

Nice and clean but excessive noise

Reviewed 13 november, 2020

We stayed here last year it was quiet and the rooms are clean and grounds are clean. This time it was still clean, however there were people hanging out of their doors smoking cigarettes and pot and drunk. Woke up to 2 men fighting and yelling and a small child crying. Noise all night long. Not a restful place. People running back and forth in front of rooms causing my dogs to bark. We will not be staying here again.

This is now OYO and it is REPUGNANT!!!!

Yes, it's very cheap but this is a case where you don't even get what you pay for. The front desk staff is pleasant enough and the price is almost ridiculously cheap until you walk into your room and are SHOCKED. This is nothing more than a 60's motel with barely a new lick of paint and some flooring. The bathroom has to be the original one, complete with vintage plumbing and holes in the walls. The room is scandalously cheap but there is no savings that will let you put up with the huge black spiders that crawl around everywhere. I was in the room for 5 minutes and had already stomped on several spiders. So guess what I did? I immediately left and SLEPT IN MY CAR! So basically although the price of the room was cheap for a night it was very expensive for FIVE MINUTES of spider stomping. First time ever I've paid for a hotel room and couldn't stay in there for more than five minutes and had to sleep in my car. I literally can't believe this happened!!!
