Never Use This Hotel

Reviewed 7 november, 2022

I had a reservation for this hotel about six weeks before my trip for medical appointments. My reservation clearly stated that my flight was a late arrival on my check -in day. Upon landing at RDU, I retrieved my rental car and proceeded to the hotel. On arriving at the hotel, I was greeted with signs posted all over their entrance stating that they had no rooms for anyone regardless of reservation status and that they were sorry for any "inconvenience." On calling the hotel for some sort off resolution (by now, it was between midnight and 1 AM), I was told to call IHG so they could fix the problem. IHG indicated that the hotel should have arranged for and paid for a room elsewhere since they created the problem. The hotel refused and IHG ended up having to resolve the problem (I finally ended up getting to bed around 3 AM). Avoid this hotel at all costs. If this is how they treat their platinum elite members, imagine how they'll treat you.

Nasty Filthy Hotel: DO NOT STAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Reviewed 5 november, 2022

Stayed for one night and it has to be the most filthiest and nastiest of IHG hotels. The staff were clueless about reservations and it took so long to get my booked room. The room was extremally filthy with sticky floors and unclean bathroom tub and really old pathetic towels. I could smell weed everywhere and didn't get much sleep due to loud noises. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Filthy Rooms and Poorly Run Hotel

Reviewed 25 september, 2022

So nasty that I had to go buy swifter, floor cleaners and Clorox wipes to clean floors, all surfaces and bathroom! I’ve NEVER stayed in a hotel this dirty in my life. Couldn’t move cuz it was an NCAA game weekend and all hotels sold out! When we checked in at 4pm they didn’t even have our room type available despite my 6 week reservation! Plus someone tried to get into one of the rooms one night! Don’t stay there - not clean and not safe!

Dangerous Hotel

Where to start well when you walk in a hotel and you say it smells like marijuana and the guy at the front desk is actually the one that is stoned out of his mind and thinks it’s funny that’s where you can start… police in the parking constantly lot Unsavory people! Now let’s start with the hotel broken faucets Dirt and trash everywhere and all the hallways Super unclean and of course smelled like marijuana in the whole entire place, lots of sketchy people in the parking lot and hallways Had to mop the floor myself in the musty room because it was very disgusting to walk from the bed to the shower my feet were totally covered in dirt just a horrible horrible place should not be a hotel!! should be closed down as soon as possible very dangerous! The only thing good about it is there’s a Chick-fil-A across the street and a Starbucks around the corner

Peaceful Stay

Reviewed 10 october, 2021

Spend four nights at this hotel this past week. We looked for a suite since we were coming from a cabin in the mountains in Tennessee and needed refrigeration. This hotel is only suites at an affordable price. The rooms are spacious and clean and provided us everything that we were looking for, Room cleaning is provided every seven days, but if you needed extra linens or towels, the front desk would provide without questions. There is a large fitness center connected to a self-service laundry room for guests. The hotel is centrally located to anything in Chapel Hill, Durham, or Raleigh. There are plenty of amazing places to eat right in the area featuring many cuisines, so there is something for everyone. We needed to checkout early in the morning so as to start our 11 hour drive home, and the process was made simple by getting our receipt the night before so all we needed was to drop the room keys in a lock box.
