Nice hotel near UNH

Great hotel near UNH. Rooms are standard and what you would expect at a Holiday Inn Express. Our room had 2 queen beds, bathroom with separate sink area, work desk with chair and ottoman, a nice side table that can be used by the bed, fridge, microwave, and mini Keurig.
Breakfast: Free, awesome coffee, cinnamon rolls, sausage links , sausage patty, biscuits and sausage gravy , cheese omelette , oatmeal, fruit, and muffins .
Location 10-15 minute walk to UNH Football stadium, which offers its own parking. Nice safe area.
Check-in was easy and the girl behind the desk was kind and happy.
Bed bugs, frayed towels and a herd of wild animals above your head.

If you enjoy wildlife such as bed bugs and stamping elephants above your head at 6:00 in the morning then you certainly will enjoy your stay at the Holiday inn in Durham New Hampshire. As an added bonus the frayed towels are a special treat.
Nice, clean rooms, but be careful of parking

The room was clean and pleasant, but small - no comfortable seating/chair, only the desk chair. Having only back lighting on the mirror made it hard to see how well I was (or wasn't) doing while shaving. I stayed in Jan., before UNH was back in session, so had no problem with parking, but the lot directly behind the hotel doesn't belong to the Holiday Inn, and you could get ticketed or towed. Comfortable pillows and good heating system that wasn't too loud (I have problems with both at many hotels). Overall the hotel was fine, just not exceptional.
nice rooms, parking situation is a little crazy

I stayed here on a busy fall weekend, it may have been peak foliage in October. The room was good and comfortable, my stay was good. The parking lot is small and confusing because the hotel shares the lot with a condo building. If you arrive late at night, you have to conference with the hotel staff to figure out where to park. Nonetheless, they seem to be doing the best they can with the situation and are very helpful.
Home away from home

I stayed here a few weekends while in town to oversee and work on a big remodel at my home nearby. This is a great location, nearby highway access, and also walkable to shops and shopping plaza, as well as mill pond wildlife areas. Staff was friendly and helpful with knowledge of the area. Breakfast was great and there is also a D&D right across the street as well as a convenience store. Nice, quiet, clean rooms and facility.
