Best Hotel in Durham
Everything was as stated and terrific. It was very clean and the staff made me very comfortable. This was my first post covid visit but it was as good as my last visit. The rooms were occupied far apart and the common area was nicely spread out
Meh. Expected better.
The service was excellent, then you get up to the room and immediately underwhelmed. The shower looks cool but there is a gap where water escapes and you end up with a wet floor. The ground coffee was great but the coffee maker was cheap. The comforter is made of denim so it was neither inviting nor comforting. This could have been better, but it fell short.

Excellent stay, great location, cool vibe, top notch service, loved the breakfast delivery, super comfortable and clean rooms, roof restaurant is really cool space, front desk staff very helpful, highly recommend
An Average Hotel in a Convenient Location
We stayed at this hotel on an impromptu trip to the city. We ate at a restaurant nearby. The room was decent, but the reception upon check in was less than desirable. If you just need a place to sleep (for $200) then you won't be disappointed. If you expect more from your boutique hotel experience you'll want to look elsewhere.

Luxury hotel with wonderful art in the rooms. Friendly staff safe procedures during COVID great location in downtown Durham. Comfortable and elegant room and lobby area. Nice rooftop area convenient parking.
