Estuvimos aqui en marzo de 2018.
Es una buena opcion para visitar Lancaster y sus alrededores.
El hotel es nuevo y de calidad, teniendo en cuenta el precio.
Se encuentra justo al lado de los Outlets, puedes ir andando.
Clean property but very rude staff!!

After a long drive, hotel was clean but the employees who work there are very rude. I don't know if its because of covid and they can't find quality employees but when checking in no hello, the woman at the front desk didn't even look up and acknowledge me when I tried to check in!! I had to say something first and then she sighed liked I am bothering her!! Then had a total attitude with me!! It was an African American woman. I believe her name was LaToya. Another time a different employee at the front desk, a woman whose name I do not know saw me standing at the front desk (she was in the office behind the desk) and ignored me until I said something. Really?? If you don't like your job maybe get another one. It should NOT be taken out at paying customers as you are in the HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY!!!
Average but friendly staff

To start with the good. The front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. She acknowledged my titanium status. I appreciated that she fixed her mask when it slipped so that it fully covered her nose. Mask compliance and social distancing by guests was otherwise nonexistent and not enforced (i.e., even with kids who are not eligible to receive vaccinations yet). The breakfast was well laid out with individually packaged items like cereal, sandwiches, yogurt, etc. great proximity to Dutch Wonderland.
My chief complaints are with respect to the room. The wallpaper in the bathroom is peeling, the microwave didn’t work, and the clock didn’t work. These are simple things that housekeeping should check when cleaning the room. The room was also very tight. There was a tiny chair in an awkward location, and two people had to wait to pass each other around a bed. I typically stay in JW, Autograph and similar brands of Marriott, but nevertheless had low expectations. The basics were missing here.

Although my stay wasn't as pleasant as I would like, I must give credit were credit is due. The hotel staff were very professional and pleasant to deal with. Everyone seemed friendly and appear to like their job. The front desk representative Ms. Carter and Ms. Daidy were polished in their customer service skills.
The rooms were much larger than they look on the online pictures. We had plenty of room to stretch out. Our room was clean BUT as a precaution, I also brought my own cleaning supplies to wipe down high traffic / touch areas. I did like that the sofa was a tad larger than most hotel sofas and also provided more room for everyone to sit and their are 3 other chairs in the room as well for more seating options.
For those individuals who have tons of electronics, you will love all the the outlets in the room. I'm sure there are at least 12 available sockets for all your gadgets (and we had plenty of things that needed overnight charging, Ipad, 3 Iphones, 2 apple watches, kindle and earbuds) We had no issues finding sockets all at the same time. The room has a nook in the wall just for the microwave, small fridge and coffee section. The bathroom is a good size and you don't feel claustrophobic while using it.
The hotel is in the perfect location to EVERYTHING. Dutch Wonderland is directly across the street and I literally mean less than a minute walk. My son and grand daughter enjoyed a day at the park and didn't have to worry with parking. My mother and aunt went to the Sight and Sound Theater which is only 3 miles away. My husband and I spent the day at the outlet which is also almost in the same parking lot as the hotel (now how cool is that?). The hotel is situated conveniently where there is something for everyone to do and the selection of eateries are all around. So many places to choose without driving more than 3 -5 minutes tops. Because we wanted a hot breakfast, we ate at the IHOP up the street. However, the hotel does offer a modified breakfast and it look plentiful and fresh. The breakfast area was also clean.
I did have a issue during my stay and I'm sure my little hiccup at the hotel was the exception and not the rule so I do appreciate the general manager Ms. Hanson resolving the issue so quickly and thoroughly. So minus the issue, the hotel represents the Marriott brand very well.
Terrible and somewhat racist hotel employees

Front desk staff were the worst and literally ruined our stay. Yelled in our faces lucky us for wearing masks. I do not and will not recommend this hotel. There are so many better places in that area to choose from.
