Great and responsive staff. Rooms need updating. No refrigerators or microwaves in room. Food service subpar. Business center adequate. Beds are comfortable. Walking distance to shops. Fitness center on-site for personal needs.
Great Location with great Staff
I had been travelling for the past two and a half weeks for work. I was returning from The easterly part of Texas when I got tired and decided to stop in El Paso. I was on the highway when I made the call. I told them I was a rewards person but could not remember my number they were able to look me up and verify. Once that occurred I was just told to come on in and have the card ready you want to pay with and proper ID. Seamless and Smooth. The Gentleman at the front desk outstanding when I arrived
OLD PROPERTY TOUGH TIMES.
Employees all superb. Hotel is an old building needing remodeled badly. Water in room stunk - water not suitable for showering or brushing teeth. Needs addressed immediately. Again the employees that you have there should be commended for working at a hotel in this shape.
Convenient location
The central downtown location is convenient with easy access to I10. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The warm cookies are an amazing treat. The rate was a good value.
Great choice to repeat
Need upgrades to the showers, but the tv options were great. The hotel facilities were incredibly entertaining. And the airport shuttle was so convenience and attentive, it makes it a great stay. Defin
