If you can sleep in the middle of the highway, you’re fine

Marriot is generally a first class operation this is not it. The property backs on to a highway. There is all of 8 feet. Windows are poorly constructed. Unless you are available to sleep during a war, don’t plan on sleeping. The place is awful. Marriott you’re better than this

We only stayed here 1 night on a last minute reservation. We had a very clean big spacious room. Check in was easy and breakfast was limited due to the pandemic. We had to take the food back to our room as seating was not allowed in the dining room area. We would recommend this Residence Inn.

You know everytime I stayed there I dealt with it. For years dealing with the obnoxiously rude long ponytailed older woman in the kichen. Ive seen her racial profile and be dismissive towards other Asians and Black people. This went on for years. She is terrible in the kitchen nothing ever stocked and if you ask it is with an attitude. I mentioned to manager and a year later still there same attitude. Just recently I stayed and it seems some staff have changed but attitudes have not. This is the HOSPITALITY FIELD BUT NO HOSPITALITY. THE rooms filthy, ants. Get qualified staff who love their job.
Only worth a 2 because the staff is so nice + the breakfast was well managed.

There are so many complaints here I feel compelled to explain I should have changed rooms, however, I had little time to do so. It was mostly a place to lay my head and get a decent quick breakfast (which the food was).
Here's the quick lowdown on our suite: overpowering "scent deodorizer" to the point hallway doors/windows had to be left open, running toilet every few mins, clogged bath sink, flashing sconce at dinette/light @ desk, tv's too old/slow/remote worn out (really?), mildewing on vent above bedroom window, mildew blackened curtains from vent that had mildew.
It would seem this hotel is not getting thorough inspections to have the amount of things wrong here. Had I been able to change, The deodorizing of rooms housekeeping says is required to which I say "what are they trying to cover up? Could it be mildew!?"
Closing the bedroom curtains and seeing the mildew there was really the icing on the cake to this awful room. NOT what I expect with Marriott properties, regardless of the fact this brand is franchised.

We stayed at this property for several months due to relocation. The Property is in desperate need of renovation and the housekeeping is ridiculous. Hallway floors and stairways were rarely vacuumed and the trash would stay in the same spot for several days. On the rare occasion that we asked for our room to be cleaned, half the time they didn’t do it at all and if they did it was less than half an effort. They wouldn’t change sheets unless a note was left, would forget towels, didn’t clean floors,etc. The hot tub stopped working 2 weeks after it opened and wasn’t fixed all summer, the fire pit never worked and the grates on the grill were rusted through. They also stopped giving the 250 points for not having your room serviced, then when asked we were told they would add them but never fully took care of the situation. The positives, the front desk staff was always friendly and did the best they could with the situation they were in at the time. Grant always did a great job with the Mix and when he was at the front desk. Omar, Feron, Sylvia all great associates. The hotel switched owners at the end of our stay, so hopefully they will make needed improvements and hire a competent housekeeping staff.
