Very good location, smart and pleasant rooms! The most amazing is staff: Anni,Simona and Pablo! Such nice guys, professional, helpful and very customer oriented! They try to do best to make people comfortable! Keep up guys! ❤️

I stayed for one night only as I was travelling through the area. It was not booked by me so did not have any expectations. From what I see it is not really a hotel for short stays, it is an apartment for longer stays. No water in the room for example but there is a kitchen and fridge you can stock yourself. The bed was average. The bathroom was dated and in need of a few repairs. The noise from outside was insane. It was mid-August in Ibiza however so the best option would have been to join the party! Friendly staff. No complaints, just check what you are booking. Average.

The apartment was good, spacious, with a balcony and the AC. The receptionist That checked us in was very friendly and so was all the staff we encountered during our stay. In a rainy day they even lent us umbrellas for free. It’s 20-25 minutes walk from the city centre so if you don’t have a car it might not be the best option. On the other hand, there are a few bus stops near the apartment.

Flying home from Madrid, I stopped off in Ibiza for a night. As my flight into Ibiza landed at 23:20, I looked for something cheap as I wouldn’t be around long. Although it says unable to check in after midnight, I contacted the hotel and they said we could check in any time. The hotel is around 7km from the airport which cost around €15. Check in was very smooth. The lady who was working was very polite and had a laugh and joke with us. Reception is very clean and well presented. The room was on the top floor with a few looking over the room. The room was very clean and spacious. I was surprised at how big it was. It had a fridge along with kitchen facilities if they were required. Air con in the room was great and a strong WiFi connection. Didn’t locate a safe to protect valuables however didn’t check bedroom. The bathroom was great and a nice powerful shower. Hot water both at night and in the morning. Only downside is it was a little noisy and could traffic and people through thin walls. Pool area was ideal, right next to the beach. Plenty of room to sit. A short 5 minute walk up the room and you start to come to some bars in Ibiza Town. Unfortunately I wasn’t at this place long enough to find out what’s close by. For £65.79 (€75) for one night that sleeps 3 people, I would definitely stay here again!

The property is absolutely not as described at all and the hotel should be pulled up for false advertising. - This is an apart-hotel located a 20 minute walk FROM Ibiza Town - it is not IN Ibiza Town. - The hotel is not front line as they lead you to believe. There are more apartments infront before the 'beach'. - The property advertises having a pool and the main photo even displays a pool and quote 'pool will be closed from 31st Oct - 15th Nov 2019'. We visited in April for 3 days and the pool was closed the whole time! Also - the pool is located in the grounds of the apartments in which locals reside. - The 'beach' is tiny and disgustingly dirty and you cannot sit on it. It is used as a dumping ground and full of rubbish and house bricks. - I was sent an email which clearly stated that the price included tourism tax - the hotel charged us again when we got there. When I questioned this with a hostess who had spoken to me in English up until that point, she started ranting in Spanish about this not being included. - A male host at the property tried to charge us 4EU per day for a safe plus a 10EU deposit, this is listed as included in the booking. But for the fact that we only had a card with us at the time, the male would have had the extra money in his back pocket! This was a Birthday present for my 14 year old and we expected to be able to use a pool of some sort for his entertainment. Having practically no beach and no pool meant he was bored stiff half the time. Had we have known that the pool and beach would be out of bounds we would simply have booked a different resort or opted for a different trip altogether. We feel we have wasted the money and would have been better staying home.
