Hotel Riu Nautilus

i have been going to this hotel for the past 3 years it is absolutely the best, and i have already booked for next year, but having always been invoiced in pounds which is what i saw when booking online , you are now being invoiced in euros and not pounds, i have been in touch with RIU are they say that this is their policy now, i found it a little bit misleading, and realise my holiday may well end up costing me a lot more than the price i accepted, this might not suit some people , but as far as the hotel goes it is brilliant and would advise anyone to book a stay .

Its in a very good location just by the beach and the Paseo Maritimo where you can have good walks if you so wish. The hotel itself is excellent, the room was very big and with nice views. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was also excellent, variety and quality.

I have just been at this wonderful hotel for three nights and I was blown away by my experience there. I live in Spain so I have been through the very harsh lock down and state of emergency that was with us here for many months. Like millions I was very anxious about staying in a hotel and eating in their restaurants etc for the first time again, but these guys and this hotel have it all very much as under control as it can be. Their Covid procedures must be at the top of their industry as I could not have felt any safer during my stay there. This aside everything about the hotel was perfect for me, especially the staff who were all very very helpful and just as friendly at all times. The food options and service were excellent and the value for money must be very hard for competitors to match. The swimming pool area is perfect and all Covid procedures are being followed very strictly, but I prefer the word ''correctly'' rather than ''strictly''. The local nightlife is also really great at the moment and so many great beach bars are just minutes walk away.  It feels like everyone is just so happy to be genuinely enjoying themselves in this beautiful place again after all of the recent hardships we have all been through. The wonderful staff and overall Covid safety procedures in place are what made this stay very special for me. Thank you all. I cannot wait to go back hopefully in September.

I spent 1 week in this hotel and I had an overall very good experience. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly important in this covid19 times. The safety and hygiene measures were taken very seriously. Our temperature was checked every day when going for breakfast and dinner and we had hydro alcoholic gels everywhere. I appreciated the very good service, the friendliness, politeness and feeling safe at this hotel.

Just spent 11 nights at this fantastic hotel. Rest assured that the hotel has measures in place to protect guests and staff in these trying times. Our bathroom had a bottle of hand sanitiser , the lifts, reception entry point, dining room and pool bar were also well equipped with hand gel. One entry point for dining where everyone had temperature taken and hand gel applied prior to entry.Sun beds sanitised daily and when vacated the life guard came over and sprayed the beds,table and parasol. Special thanks to our lovely waiter Pedro, the maitre de and our room maid who always had a smile behind that mask. My third stay at this hotel & I hope to return soon. Plenty of bars locally have outdoor seating again providing hand gel and wiping down chairs and tables with sanitiser when vacated. When air bridges reopen I recommend you visit this hotel.
