Does what it means to

Reviews are all over the place, and the main difference is expectation.
You are here because you have a flight tomorrow morning. And this is the place you should be. It is isolated, but also secure.
Rooms are comfortable. Hot water early morning is limited, otherwise fine.
Access is easy, BUT google maps currently directs you to the old access, which is closed. The new exit from the highway is one past the old one and there is a sign for the hotel. The new access road is smooth all weather gravel. It was raining hard when we arrived, no problem.
Restaurant is serviceable. We had some good steak, cooked properly, a decent mushroom risotto, and some dessert. Also a reasonable bottle of Malbec.
They offer a free shuttle to the airport which is hourly. Takes about 20 minutes.
If you care about it, the grounds are surprisingly birdy. There is a Caracara roost of about 100, also woodpeckers, roadside hawks, and other. It was raining, so we saw this out the window, but on a sunny day, worth walking the grounds.
Great food, staff and installations

We stayed 3 nights at this wonderful hotel for a business meeting for 50+ people, I was one of the organizers, and it’s the first time that at our fast paced agenda the hotel staff is always kindly willing to help and make everything as perfect as possible. The food was absolutely amazing, the installations are very well kept and it is a very peaceful scenario for a calm and relaxing stay but not so far from the city.
Special thanks to Fran and Esteban for always helping us, you’ve been nothing but amazing! 👏🏼

We spent 3 days 2 nights at the place for a company event for 50+ people. This is a hotel with very well kept premises, clean, good food, beautiful flat grass gardens by the lake but more important very friendly and professional staff. The team is used to hosting company events because there are many organized here, very close to the airport so transportation is easy. Our ever need was received with a positive attitude and a polite smile.
There is a little indoors pool and a small spa where we got 30 min massages, very good.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the impressive Argentinia ‘asado’ organized just outside the lobby. This is a massive 2.5 m diameter wood grill and all sorts of meat are slow cooked to perfection by the grillmaster Eduardo. He turned the lunch into such a fun spectacle where he allowed us to taste from the grill and we ended up having the whole lunch outside and around the grill standing up. I can tell he enjoyed it as much as we did when he saw our teams excitement and happines. Thank you Eduardo for a great closure of our meeting.

The hotel is only a few years old and really out in the boonies. But everything was nice including all the people. Access to the hotel is on a dark stone road which was a little scary, but worth it. The breakfast was fine and the rooms were spacious.
Nothing but awful! Una experiencia malisima!

Booked via Hotels.com a 15 night stay due to proximity of family and friends. Took a 20 minute or so taxi from Ezeiza airport to hotel still dark and driver gets off highway exit onto an unlit dirt road with zero traffic for approximately 2 miles. Wife looks at me with a panic look but I was able to catch a sign signaling hotel. Come to a unguarded security house, a couple more blocks and we get to the hotel located in the middle of absolutely nowhere. Rude check-in person gives us 1 key card and tells us how to get to our room. Booked months in advance a king bed and are given a room with 2 twin beds. Later in the day take the hotel shuttle, which we were told could only use once during our stay even though we were staying for 15 nights, back to the airport to pick up a rental car being the rental office was closed when we arrived. Returned late in the evening and again no security guard. Asked the kid at the front desk for another key and did us the favor of getting an extra key. Room was not attended this the morning. Out all of 2nd day and upon return to hotel card keys are not working. Go back to front desk and ask the same kid that did us the "favor" of getting us a second key that they werent working. He rudely tells us not to put the magnetic keys by our cell phones. Internal though: "Punk, Iv'e been travelling longer than you have been alive!! Don't tell me not to put them by my cell phone" Also ask for another towel being that we were given only 2. Couple hours later ONE extra towel is brought to the room. Morning of day 3, Contacted Hotels.com, explained to them the situation. The super nice women of Hotels.com put me on hold contacted the hotel manager and was able to get the rest of the stay cancelled. The management at the hotel did not want to void the current day since it was already noon and check out is 11AM. At this point I wasn't going to argue but the Hotels.com rep was extra nice and even issued us a credit for that day. So, in brief Terrible, Awful, and Rude!
