Great room for the price. Check in I was meet with a friendly face. Hostess gave good information about breakfast and was helpful in letting us know where to park to be close to our room. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious.
Nice room. Good breakfast.

Clean, economical option for a good night's stay. Was wonderful to see the hot breakfast available again - so much better than a granola bar and muffin with a juice cup that many places have served in the COVID era. In-room TV was somewhat undersized. Shower water-pressure was fantastic.
Why isn't no stars an option?

The hotel smelled terrible. There was a sign that stated there was no maid service. Our room smelled of urine, had mold on the shower curtain, a used roll of toilet paper, stained towels, a broken safe, our bathroom door didn't shut, I don't believe the ac worked. We locked our door when we went to bed and when we awoke, the door was unlocked. The tub had stains, one was red. The outlet didn't work on one side of the bed. We tried to find another place to stay because we were so upset with the condition of the room and the odor but could not find anything available. The hotel staff stated they were short staffed. We went to target and purchased disinfectant wipes and sprays. Air freshener. SLEEPING BAGS, a mattress cover and pillows. I have never been so grossed out in a hotel in my life. It's one thing to have an older hotel room, or a cheaper place to stay but the level of filth was unacceptable. I'm itching just thinking about it.
