Not for regular family

The room was disgusting and we so regretted to pick this place. Families, Moms, I know you wanna save money as much as you can but if you have kids with allergy, be smart. It has weird smell all over the building but we tried to think like hey it’s fine it’s just an old hotel. Well yes it’s old and not clean. I had a bad feeling when I stand and looked at the room door because it was so beat up. We should have turned around and left! But we did paid already and were so exhausted. Next morning we opened the curtain and Omg the window,,,was cracked like somebody threw a rock on it (no wonder why it was so cold when we walked in there) and years of collected dust was fogging the windows. The room it is had so much dusts everywhere and my daughter couldn’t stop sneezing. More we looked around more we got disgusted. Weird steins and finger prints everywhere so we tried not to touch them in bare hand. The bed was ok (at least) but the sheets were wrinkled and wasn’t sure if it’s previously used or just wasn’t ironed...We did reserve the room late though. Prob close to 8pm. So maybe they didn’t clean the room at all? I’m not sure. Also, we already paid what we suppose to pay and i see it’s pending but they seems like trying to charge extra money from our card with no email explanation or notification what so ever,,,i posted the photos of the disgusting part of the room on the booking.com so people know how it really looks like but was removed with some reason AND also charging us extra 25 dollars? For what reason? We had no choice so we spent the night there but never again. Since now on I’m going to check and pick the hotel from the worst reviews first because now that I look into it, there are so many people who had same experience as we did in this hotel. I should have read it before I hit “reserve”. If you don’t care the cleanliness and just wanna save money it maybe the place to stay but I recommend paying by cash.

Visited with my husband for one night. This was a mini shopping trip so chose this
Place due to its proximity to the mall and other places. (It is well situated which is possibly the only positive)
We arrived early for check in having left home early due to a severe weather warning. Roads where very slick when we arrived and the snow was pretty heavy. The parking lot had not been cleared at all and it was like walking on an ice rink which was not idea for someone who has recently had spine surgery. When we went to check in we were told we were too early but that if we paid an extra $10 we could check in early. I understand that rooms are often not ready early but clearly this was not the case here and to be completely honest i was not paying extra for the sake of a couple of hours. No offer to help store luggage and no remorse at all that they were turning us back out into the winter storm and treacherous roads outside.
We went to the mall to do some shopping and then returned. The room was ok at best Bathroom very compact, very dirty lamp shades, electrical socket by the bed hanging off the wall but the bed was large and comfortable enough and the heater worked well as did the wifi. The room could certainly have been cleaner.
Our truck did get stuck in the snow in the parking lot due to the fact it wasn’t ploughed and staff made no offer to assist instead leaving my husband to shovel a clear track out along with slipping and falling whilst doing so.
I think this place could have potential but it needs modernised, deep cleaned and some customer service training to make me even contemplate a repeat visit
Stay away, stay far away!

This place is a dump. Room had a weird old smell. No ice available. Went to get some from machine but it didn't work & they didn't even bother to put an out-of-order sign on it. There is no bar or lounge anymore and they didn't bother to change the sign out front which still says there is one. Also they still have a placard in the room that lists the happy hours & daily food specials. They keep it in the rooms 'cuz it also has the TV channel list & they're obviously too lazy to get new ones made up. This place is run as if a slum lord owned it. Go elsewhere!
Not 3 Star Rating!

Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Very shabby and outdated hotel with a weird smell. Dark room with a tiny bathroom, and loud window type AC unit. Sign outside advertises a lounge, but it has been closed for a very long time. Photos online do not accurately depict the hotel. I should have read the reviews before booking!
Stay away - far, far away

Very little to like about this place. To be fair, I understand that when I pay a cheap price, I shouldn't expect a five-star experience. But every hotel can be clean, smell good, employ friendly people, and fix things that are broken. I can overlook scrapes and paint issues and outdated furniture, but I must have a clean room, no odors, friendly people, and everything in operating order.
The entire hotel has some weird scent, and my room smelled like mildew.
The hotel is not clean - I had to get behind the bed to plug stuff in. That was scary.
The door handle on my room door was clearly broken. The ironing board they gave me upon request was bent and broken.
Except for the man I assume was the owner, none of the other employees were friendly.
I will not return to this hotel under any circumstances. Hotels that are $40 or $50 more are 300% better.
It's a shame that they don't take care of their hotel.
