Nos hemos alojado 3 noches en el studio Salardino.
El estudio era grande. Tiene una pequeña cocina con lo necesario para cocinar.
La cama era muy cómoda.
Por poner un contra, el baño no estaba muy bien cuidado aunque estaba limpio.
La ubicación es genial, justo detrás de la plaza de la república y a 3 pasos del puente vecchio.

Vinimos aqui la verdad una maravilla, muy céntrico.
Muy limpio todo como en casa, muy atentos en cada momento
Volveré aqui otra vez. El precio no es barato pero bueno estamos en el mismo centro de Florencia.
Merece la pena venir aqui

Unable to get our money back for a canceled trip due to Covid

We booked this place last year for a trip in May which we were forced to cancel because airlines wouldn't fly to italy due to high number of covid cases. Carlo charged us anyways and kept our money. He said we can use the credit next year. However, we are unable to travel this year due to pregnancy and the ongoing pandemic. I have been emailing carlo to extend our credit and he won't respond. This is very bad customer service and terrible thing to do to someone who is already very poor. Carlo has taken $1400 USD of our hard earned money. I had saved for 5 years for my first ever italy trip and only to have it stolen from a person like Carlo at Cavalieri Palace. If anyone can help us in this matter, please let me know what we can do. I would like to report him to the local authorities if possible. He shouldn't have charged us because it was not our fault that there were a massive pandemic and we couldn't go through with our trip. You should truly be ashamed of yourself carlo.

We stayed here in May 2017. Before our stay, we contacted the manager, Carlo, and inquired about parking. He said we could pay him, 50 euros, and a parking company would register and park our car. In Florence, you need to register your car in the downtown, or else you may be ticketed. In October of 2017, low and behold, we recieved a ticket from the city of Florence, for driving in the city without registering our car. It was a $300.00 fine!We contacted Carlo, and he assured us, he would take care of it. Well what do you know it, but this March, we recieved a letter from a Florence Collection agency to the tune of $500.00 Canadian for not paying the original ticket. Again, we contacted Carlo, and this time, he pretty much ignored us. He initally said he would contact the parking garage when it reopened, but then said they had 'lost' their records. He has not responded to any emails since that time. I would think twice about booking here. We are now on the hook for $500, plus the money we originally paid him to register our car. In my opinion, this is fraud. You might not be parking your car at this hotel, but if these are the actions of the hotel manager, what else do you think he is capable of? He will take your money, and once he has it, it does not matter to him what happens. I would stronly advise against booking here. There are many other hotels in Florence, this one is not worth it.

I am a travel agent! Carlo the manager says this hotel pays commission , unprofessional up to today it’s the same story send an email we send. Up to today 9 months total silence! It’s all a fraud, when a business doesn’t understand that I can send 50000$ worth of business what is 400 Euros . It’s a sign they are struggling and dishonest. Don’t be surprised you pay and arrive and doors are closed! That’s why you book with a travel agent as we have insurances to protect consumers from frauds. Read the reviews on terrible! This is the beginning of failure!
