Very pleasant experience

This was my first time in a hotel during the pandemic. My husband's second. We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly and located very close to the bike/walking trail and the lake. We were very pleased.
I give it five stars not because it is a luxurious place to stay. It's definitely not fancy. But it was clean and the customer service was excellent. Although we spritzed the whole room, door handles, etc., we felt that the room was clean and we were relaxed even during the Covid challenges.
Dana and Ashley in particular made it quite clear to us that they were committed to our having a good visit. In fact, I wanted to switch from a studio to a small suite after seeing the room. Ashley was very patient and helpful. I had a small dispute over the bill and Dana was cheerful and also helpful. :))
The hotel was quite quiet, but not empty. I could imagine it bustling post-pandemic. We will definitely go back.
Excellent! Quiet, spotless, spacious, comfortable and reasonable

Stayed here twice on a visit to see family. The beds were VERY comfortable. Just the right amount of firm and soft. Good, safe neighborhood/location, large suite rooms, great service, super clean and just a very pleasant stay. Climate was perfect, staff was friendly, attentive and helpful with extra supplies and questions. It was also a very reasonable price. Loved how there was a note on the fridge stating they could pick up items for you. I would definitely stay again. Nothing fancy with the decor but consistent quality of stays.
Solid budget choice for suite with kitchen

It’s a good choice if you want an affordable room with kitchen. The kitchen has a stove (no oven) microwave, full-size fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, and basic cookware/dishware/cutlery. There’s a single-serve coffee machine, but the coffee is TERRIBLE. (Kingdom Coffee Roasters is across the parking lot. Go there for coffee.) There’s are several dining/takeout places in the same center, plus a couple fast food places. Across Folsom Blvd is a walking/bike trail that will take you a long the lake. The bed and the pillows are not great. If you have your own good pillow you can bring, I suggest you do that.
The hotel is at the back of the parking lot with not much around it, so it’s very quiet. (I stayed during the pandemic, so it was VERY quiet. Also, no breakfast during the pandemic.) Some of the first floor hallways smelled like cigarettes, but I was on the 3rd floor, so it was fine where I was.
Personally, if I’m in the area again, I’ll probably forego the kitchen and stay some place a little nicer.
So again, bottom line: good budget choice for room with kitchen in Folsom. At the time I’m writing this, Residence Inn is about $50 per night more.
Excellent all-around experience!

We stayed at Larkspur Landing in Folsom for 6 days. The overall experience was outstanding. Comfortable room. Coffee 24-7. Friendly staff. Great location. Good continental breakfast. Reasonable price. Certainly a place to seriously consider when in the Folsom area!
Very quiet, Great bed

I am siting here still at Larkspur Landing trying to get ready to leave. I am in the studio room which is great. I came here for the quiet and to get a good nights sleep and I received both of those. The check in with Chad was very pleasant. This is definitely a place I will come to again. Thanks again!
