No hot breakfast or pool!

The pool was not open! There was not a hot bteakfest served. You could make yourself a hot waffle. There washt any protein, cereal, apple juice or fruit. We pAid more for this hotel because of the hot breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The room was clean. The tub ate a had mold on the walls. My family are all severely allergic to mold.

Roaches in room - need I say more? Hotel did make it right and gave me a refund so I could move to a more suitable and clean hotel for the night, but beware of this issue until they decide to correct!

Great Value and Clean

I was very pleased with this hotel. Price was great, room was modern and updated with granite counters, new carpet, a very comfortable king sized bed, fridge, coffee maker and microwave, was very clean and had plenty of outlets and places to charge devices and hook up computers. The front desk attendant “Dee” was super nice and professional and arranged for me to have a nice quiet room on the back side of the hotel away from the highway.

Week night visit reserved using the Choice Hotels App. At check-in, the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and furnishings didn't show any wear or disrepair. Breakfast was limited, but adequate.

I stayed at this hotel when it was a Bestern Western and Forsyth Hilltop over the past 15 years. This is my hometown. The hotel was sold and it became a Quality Inn. The hotel is poor and lacks customer service and south hospitality. On April 4th, I just traveled 13 hours to get to Georgia. I was not feeling well so I went to the breakfast room to get a piece of toast, eggs and some juice to take back to my room to eat and drink with my medicine. The manager Sunny Patel suddenly appeared and approached me in front of a room full of guests and said, "you can't take that out of here". I asked him why and he reply because food will cause roaches in the room. I told him I stayed here before and never had a problem. He was very rude and walked away. Mr. Patel if you don't want food in the rooms why do you have microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms? Do this apply to all guests? The toilet was stopped up in our room. I reported it to the manager. He sent a cleaning lady to our door and she handed me a plugger. I am a Choice member and I am sending them an email with my concerns. We checked out of the Quality Inn on a Monday and we booked reservations at the Hampton Inn at exit 188. Upon arriving, we were welcomed with warm smiles, southern hospitality, fresh room, bed and linens. Oh! I was allowed to take my delicious breakfast back to my room to enjoy. The Hampton Inn is what I call QUALITY.
