Great hotel and staff.

Stayed for 1 week . Great room lovely and clean. Good location not far from airport and close to shops. Close to freeway for exploring more. Bar across the road/under bridge great for watch sports and getting out. Staff very nice and great breakfast. Will be my choice of hotel when I return.

Reservation was worthless

Booked this hotel through the hotel website a month in advance of our trip. Arrived after driving all day to be told that they were oversold and our room had been given to someone who had booked through Expedia the same day as our reservation. The attendant told us he had rebooked us with the Hampton inn next door for an equivalent room (we had booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Residence Inn) at a lower rate. When we arrived at the Hampton Inn, they had no reservation for us and if we wanted 2 rooms, we would have to put our minor children in another room 2 doors down. VERY dissatisfied with the customer service. Absolutely so not recommend bothering with this property.

I just stayed at this hotel at the end of October - in a 2 room suite. The property is old and the interior reflects this. The rugs are worn and dirty - in the halls and our room. Our room rug was stained in several places. One of the drapes in our middle area was torn. We arrived to find the dishwasher beeping from having been run with dishes. We have no idea how long ago it had run. There are 5 floors and only 1 ice machine on the second floor. The bathrooms, while "clean" also reflect the age as well. The surrounding area has bad roads plus freeways under construction. Getting in and out was troublesome. And to top it off the two luggage carts were unavailable all weekend. When asked about it the staff simply said someone must have kept them and they did nothing to determine who might have them. (The time they were taken was known by staff so they know who had them.) When we check in we were told staff is following "no touch" guidelines so not to expect any maid service unless requested. It also appears the front desk also followed minimum contact since there was no one there 50% of the time.

1. Bad attitude by the front desk staff 2. Room stinking of food 3. Dirty carpets 4. Staff refused to change the room 5. Made me wait then eventually changed room 6. Checked out in a an hour due family emergency 7. Refused refund 8. Staff had no idea how to treat a Titanium elite member nor did they know the privileges 9. Did the Marriott hotel survey and no response for months. 10. Did not assist with any travel arrangement back to airport due emergency 11. This hotel is giving Marriott Bonvoy a bad name.

If you need to book here to save money it is ok. The hotel inside and out needs updating. Things are not up the the standards of most hotels in this price range. The refrigerator was dented, only the heat lamp in the bathroom in our room worked which was hot in the summer, the breakfast was limited and they ran out of coffee for up to 15 minutes both mornings.
