The hotel corridors were very worn and room showed their age. Room was Ok and was clean. The entire hotel could use a remodel. Soundproofing from upper floors was lacking. But for the price it is not a bad choice. We were only given one room key as the front desk attendant told they were short keys?? How does that happen? We will likely stay somewhere else next time.

We stayed in room 107 king bed handicap room. The room smelled like a bad nursing home, the bathroom faucet spun around,the shower handle wasn't fastened down it came off and they don't have enough of a down slope to the shower floor that the water flows out to most of the bathroom floor and is very dangerous, door at one end of building has a key reader on the outside but you can't get in the door and desk clerk doesn't tell you this at check in and we stood in rain trying to get in. The rest of the room was ok.
Will not stay here again

We stayed here one night enroute to Florida. We chose this hotel as it was pet friendly. We travel with 2 Shih Tzu. Checked in about 5:30 on a Sunday night were greeted by a less than friendly man. He did not welcome us, and was very annoyed when asked if he knew if the nearby restaurants were open due to the Covid situation. The beds were comfortable. The hotel is older, and was redone sometime ago. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the people in the room above and anytime anyone in the neighboring rooms came and went. In the morning we got the bill, and imagine our surprise when we were charged $60.00 for 2 small dogs. We were never informed of the pet fee. Online it states some hotels may charge a fee, but this hotel does not display it when booking, nor were we informed at check in. After getting the bill I did some further digging, and it is buried in the hotel details you receive after getting a confirmation email. I do not mind paying a small pet fee, but to sneak it in is misleading. It should be clearly stated on the website when booking and stated again at checkin. This hotel is no better than the LaQuinta across the street, which does not charge a pet fee. Other issues- No food was provided, I imagine due to Covid. The batteries in the remote did not work. Side entry doors did not work for entry, had to come and go via main door, which is inconvenient Total cost of this one night was $145.00. Will stay somewhere else next time.

We saw a cheap rate and you get what you pay for. Room smelled musty, stale and dirty. The pet fee was very reasonable and I see why... there is no way they follow choice hotel's pet policy and clean the carpets after each pet. Our dog couldn't stop smelling the floor. I came in to see a sign that said "be back in 10 minutes." The night attendant was sitting on the counter. We both woke up with our backs hurting from the very firm bed. It was noisy beginning at 5:30 on a Sunday morning. No I wouldn't stay there again!

King suite had two TV's neither worked. Brought to attention of night clerk who said the TV's were all old and analog, but new TV's were on order. Also a problem with the signal was not the responsibility of the motel, but a problem of the cable provider. Night clerk said he had also had 5 similar complaints this evening, but did not mention this at check in. Decided to move to another motel across the street and requested a full refund which was initially refused. After making us wait while he called the cable company and remained on hold for an extended period, rudely granted a refund with out an apology. Worse public relations experience every..Motel is old and poorly appointed and managed even worse.
