We were in town for a family funeral. The property is very nice and the staff was very attentive. The rooms were beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend the property for your next stay in Salisbury/Fruitland.

Beautiful room

The room was absolutely beautiful. They were newly renovated and the choices of materials was soothing and comfortable. I brought my own pillow but didn’t use it because their pillows were so comfortable.

This hotel staff provides consistent excellent service! This is my hotel of choice when I visit the Salisbury area. The rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Family Reunion

The staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites truly gets the definition of hospitality. The Williams Wright Dashiell family reunion stayed here and we all agree that we could not have chosen a cleaner, nicer hotel to have stayed in. Kristy and Reggie took care of every need in excellence!!!

Nightmare

I was relocating to the area and my job paid for me to stay there for two nights. I arrived earlier than check-in because I didn’t want to have problems with checking since my job was paying for it. Cause I had already experienced confusion at the Hampton Inn Salisbury with rude and unfriendly staff. First, I was totally confused about the entrance it wasn’t clear where the entrance to the hotel was from the street. Second when I got into the hotel they had up yellow construction tape all through out the lobby because they were fixing something in the restaurant area. It had such a creepy look the lights were extremely dim and it had a mild dew smell. I ignored all of this the young lady pulled up my confirmation and told me she had an available room for me and all I had to do was come back doing check in and I would be all set. Well! I did that. Now it was another young lady there when I went back and she was nice but the evening manager was a total jerk. I have them all of my information and they said they had everything in the system and that I was good to go but they needed some more information from my company. So they started emailing the company and it was 5:00 and the offices was closed. I’m trying to show my company’s badge and I’d and they was telling me that it didn’t matter they needed to confirm the company’s credit card. Now my company sends tons of their clients and employees to this hotel so I was in awe that they would claim that they had to verify this with them when they had me scheduled by my company to be checking in. Here I was from out of town and they refused me a room at 5:00pm. I was so exhausted from work I had to leave the hotel drive all the way back to my job where just so happens the training manager was there talking on the phone to the human resource specialist. This hotel gave her such the run around only to finalize the hotel and say I could come back. When I got back they never apologized or anything and they had the audacity to say they believed it was fraud. Then I asked for the stairs to the second floor and of all the entrances she sent me to the opposite end of the hallway where it was an out of service door where more construction was taking place. Only for me to see the door next to my room had paint containers stored next to it. However the room was clean and neat but it was noisy as heck. Then my last night there people gave a ghetto cookout on the back where my room was. Remind you I’m here for work so I have to be up at 6:00 am . It was horrible they were cursing and yelling at each other and of course the staff said nothing. They literally just stand around talking. The bathroom had water stains on the ceiling and you could hear noises from the air conditioner in other rooms. This was the worst experience ever and I felt totally mistreated. I would never recommend this Hampton Inn if this is how you treat your business clients I hate to see how you treat others.
