We stayed for one night in a two-room suite and I have to say that this might be the largest hotel room in the city. The room has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, and a stocked kitchen. We found the rooms within to be clean and comfortable. This is a great room for families as there is a lot of privacy. The front desk agents are extremely friendly and accommodating. As others have pointed out the rooms are slightly worn due to age, but I feel that there is a lot of value for the price. Unfortunately, like many hotels breakfast is more of a takeway brown bag and not a hot breakfast. Though, after staying at multiple hotels during Covid this seems to be the norm for the time being.
First time to stay in a Towneplace Suites: not impressed

The first room we were assigned had not been completed with cleaning. The floor was not vacuumed, there were towels on the bed, and there were towels in the bathroom. We were immediately placed in room 225. I was quite taken aback by the size of this room, as it is not very big at all. When we want a room that has a full-size refrigerator, stove, utensils and cooking items, we normally stay at Candlewood suites. We decided to give Marriott Bonvoy a chance to impress us. It really is the simple things that can make all the difference in the world. One of the lightbulbs by the bed was burnt out. I went downstairs with the light bulb asking for a replacement and was told that the maintenance man wasn’t there so I wouldn’t be able to get a replacement bulb. About 10 to 15 minutes later I received a call from Daisy and she informed me that the maintenance man will be coming in this evening and will bring up a replacement bulb. I was very happy with that. I decided to do a load of clothes which is located on the first floor. It is $1.50 to wash and $1.50 to dry. They have one top load washer and one front load washer. I used the top load washer and the washing machine did not spin. UGH! It just seems to be one thing after another. I also noticed that almost every single guest, and there are a lot of them, are not wearing masks. I am writing this review this evening so I don’t have any information to share about the bed and how comfortable it is. The room is well-designed considering how small it is, very good and efficient use of the space. The shower and water pressure is excellent. The showerhead is mounted high enough for my husband who stands at 6 feet. I don’t have any information about the alternate breakfast offerings either.
Our top choice in the entire region

We have stayed here a few different times and we’ve loved it every time. The staff here are courteous, kind, helpful, and professional. Some reps who have been fantastic are Nichole, Mark, Joe, and Lori. The property is clean and kept up well and the fitness center is nicer than many we’ve visited.
Could be Better

For starters ac leaked water onto floor getting rug pretty wet by the window, I had to fasten the toilet seat down myself as it was loose and seriously moving side to side. One remote did not work, and dishes were still in dishwasher cleaned but not put up (we had the 2bedroom suite). Lacking in utensils and lets talk about b-fast! Due to Covid many places are opting to sack b-fast which would be understandable, for their b-fast I kid you not on the table was bananas and muffins!. And b-fast was still 45 minutes away from closing. The minimal items were not even placed in a basket which would give the appearance that someone tried. I think the plexiglass at the desk is to protect the poor desk clerk from irate guest throwing muffins at them!
Staff is awesome here!

I stayed here for work for a couple weeks and it was a great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. One in particular was named Mark. He went above and beyond when he didn’t have to in order to make our stay comfortable. The rest of the staff was good too but Mark went out of his way for us
