Centrally Located But Not Too Clean

A pretty good location to access Glasgow city centre. Check in was efficient and reception staff pleasant and friendly. Car parking is located at the back of the hotel and charged at £10 per day. You can access the car park directly from the reception area and you can leave and return as many times as you like.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the shower tray - this was covered in black mould and had clearly not been cleaned. Disgusting. Overall, very typical of the Hilton Doubletree chain, but can't see how this is a 4 star hotel. Would recommend for the location, staff and facilities but not for the condition of the guest rooms.

Hotel is well situated in the center of Glasgow within walking distance of lots of attractions. Rooms are clean and well appointed, bathroom is modern with a great shower. The Cask bar is very pleasant with a great range of drinks.
The most impressive part of this hotel is the quality of the staff. Everyone we encountered were polite, dedicated and highly professional. Whoever has built this team deserves praise!

Went swimming in the hotel every morning after having an early cup of tea served at the breakfast room / restaurant by a very friendly , cheerful waiter David , Really comfortable stay here , staff lovely .
Central and good facilities

Carpark under hotel ( £10 per day charge)
Facilities in room very good, iron, safe, large TV. Super king very comfortable bed.
Location right in centre.
We did enjoy our stay, couple of things not happy about. The shower tray was dirty.
And my husband left his wallet in the safe. We spent 2 days ringing and ringing the hotel, being promised a return call, which never came.
The safe wasn't checked after we left, and another guest stayed in the room.
Eventually we got the wallet back. But with the fact the shower was dirty and the safe not checked after we checked out, just goes to prove something wrong with the house keeping protocol.
Lovely stay at a busy hotel

We visited Glasgow as a family. Two adults, two teenagers. The hotel was really busy, though the service was excellent and the breakfasts fab.
My son is coeliac and this is the best place he's ever stayed for gluten free breakfast.
We chose the hotel due to having a car park, gym and pool. My son said the gym was very small - bit of a shame the leisure club is on the ground floor and you have to walk slightly through reception.
It was a bit odd, that there wasn't any soap at all in the bathrooms - we had two rooms. When I asked at reception, they gave us body wash. I think it was a covid issue, but we've stayed elsewhere and had soap.
As we arrived late one night, we had limited early breakfast option the following day, despite being Honours member. It would be great if you could book your breakfast slot online beforehand, like you can your rooms. We booked later for the following days though.
The bar was lovely and the prices weren't that expensive either, which surprised me.
