Check-in was painfully slow. Water pressure is abysmal. Housekeeping starts at 5 a.m., and they are about as quiet as a herd of elephants. This is done purposely, in hopes that angry, awakened guests will leave earlier than planned and housekeeping can finish their daily rounds earlier than expected. The business center computer still uses "internet explorer", and there is no printer. The carpet throughout the hotel needs replacement. Overall, not worth the price. Will never return.

1. Night desk guy did not wear mask. 2. Put 3 - night guest in room facing the highway (noisy). 3. Hotel trying to save money with absolutely lowest flow shower head available. 4. Morning desk lady without mask "because I'm behind screen". She was shorter than the screen so every breath came over the desk at guest. 5. Miserly breakfast. Using Covid as excuse to provide low quality carbs. 6. Second night hotel still trying to save money with absolutely lowest flow shower head. After day outside, guest took long hot soaking bath and refilled tub 3 times. So much for saving water. 7. As noted in another review, TV is powered up and down by pushing button on it; not the remote. 8. Sofa beat. 9. Bedside charger did not charge in 8 hours. 10. Other guests roamed freely without masks. Nothing said to them when they entered the lobby. Good things were the cleaning lady was thorough, friendly and wore a mask, and bed was comfortable.

I stayed there this past Friday night. The hotel was conveniently located, right off the highway. The young man working the front desk about 5pm was very professional and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of options for dinner just a few exits away in Burlington. This hotel was very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend staying there.

The rooms were clean but I still felt a bit strange as this was our first trip since last Spring. I at least expected the clocks in the rooms to be correct. My room was nearly 2 hours off! Showers are very powerful but the water is hot. TVs had to be turned on by finding a button UNDER the TV, remotes only work for changing channel and volume. WiFi was very if-fy.

I received nothing but horrible service while I was here. I was charged two different amounts and before I checked out they charged me for something else. I am not understanding anything. I called the hotel to get some kind of confirmation but only got hung up on. I waited 11 days for my $50 deposit and the manager was rude and couldn’t even help me but to keep hanging up on me. I just want to know and still want to know why I was charged what I was charged and why I couldn’t get my deposit back.
