On August 9, 1880, the first hotel in the city of Gramado emerged, “Hotel Bertoluci Familiar”, located at the time in a vast open forest, where champions, salesmen, wagons and people from the capital stayed overnight. Four generations later, Jerci and Vitória Bertoluci decided in 1993 to structure their house in a family hostel, now known as Hotel Pousada Bertoluci.
