Very friendly, clean, spacious and comfortable
All of the hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. They can't do enough for you. Friendly Receptionist at all times, bar staff especially Victor, are great at their jobs and make you feel like you're important and/ or very special. They're great with the children and go out of their way for you whilst always remaining polite, fun and friendly. Rooms/ apartments are very clean, equipped with everything you need to cook and dine. Balcony has great views of the town centre and the sea. Will definitely return to this safe and convenient hotel.
Great place to stay
Stayed 20th feb to 27 feb with my wife we’ve been before with the family dec 2017 excellent apartments very clean and the complex is well maintained staff at hotel are friendly are always ready to help you only downside you have to pay for the tv and wifi will definitely be returning in the future thanks for a great week.... frank / Irene

stayed here in Aug 2018. Lovely apartments great sea views. Entertainment was a bonus. The sun terrace was brilliant for private sunbathing. The sunbeds around the pool was very cramped together and had queues in the morning for beds. Puerto rico it's self isnt great but the hotel was AMAZING. amadores beach was better than puerto rico beach. Based on the hotel would 100% return and recommend.

Just got off the plane!! And we wish we were back,fantastic staff. My husband and daughter had their birthday whilst staying here. Wow. Everyone from cleaning staff to reception staff to bar staff. Life guard,entertainment staff. Even Norwegian holiday makers. all made a big effort to wish them happy birthday, even one staff member collected a cake an brought it in on their day off. Wow thats good staff!!. Thank you so much for making our holiday extra special.we will definitely be coming back... Highly recommend eating in food is delicious and price is very good, especially Wednesday bbq night well worth it.Entertainer is fantastic with everyone from adults to our two girls, who did nothing but laugh, He really broke the ice with all the holiday makers an had ever one getting along chatting. There's a huge tv with every channel going so if you like sports they will play it for you. Fantastic sunsets views. Heated pool. I could keep on writing more,it's the first place we have been to an want to return.Big Thank you. And see you soon.
Fantastic holiday!
Super apartments, very clean with friendly and helpful staff although the entertainment was pretty poor. Heated swimming pool good for the winter months although one downside was that there is no free wifi anywhere in the apartments....even in the reception area! The apartments (and the resort generally) can be very challenging if you have mobility issues as there are plenty of steps. Pretty central and not too high up with access to the local commercial centre and new mall, and bars/restaurants/supermarkets....and the beach. Buses are plentiful and cheap. Recommended!
