Incredibly Gracious Staff Make the Experience Special and Memorable

The Palacio Real is a building with rooms. As is every hotel. Yet, this place is different. ROOMS: The rooms are very nice, and very comfortable. Many feature multiple beds and offer a desk area, wardrobe, and attached bathroom. Mattresses are comfortable. CLEANLINESS: Rooms are impeccable in their cleanliness, and cleaned daily. A/C: In room unit blows nice, crisp cold air. BATHROOM: Large bathroom with large shower areas. MEALS: An intimate dining space on the first level offers wonderful meals. Each meal is made from scratch, and the staff will often inquire about preferences. In seven trips to Nicaragua, the food at this hotel was the most flavorful and best presented food. The team takes pride in sharing the beautiful Nicaraguan culture through their food and menu offerings. *SERVICE*: From the moment you arrive, the team at the Palacio works to support you and your experience. They are attentive, kind, and very helpful. Coming from the hospitality industry, this is one of the most gracious and most authentic service experiences I've had in the last decade. TIPS: Most rooms are on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator, though the staff will certainly assist with luggage, so don't hesitate to ask. If you'd like a wonderful meal, inquire if you could experience a lunch or dinner at the hotel. You won't be disappointed.
First Class Experience (and get the breakfast!)

Absolutely wonderful experience! Could not ask for better service or a nicer place to stay. From the moment you arrive, you immediately feel welcomed and at ease. Tanya and her staff provide impeccable service, from check-in to breakfast to cleaning. Breakfast was provided each morning and it was incredible, from the traditional Nicaraguan fare to some of the best pancakes I've ever had. Fresh juice was served each morning and the type rotated, from hibiscus to dragonfruit! We stayed here for five nights and I could not have asked for a better experience. Rooms are air conditioned well and they turned them on before we arrived back for the day so that our rooms would be cool upon arrival. This was just one of the small things that made you feel completely cared for. Would highly recommend for work or play!

My sisters and I stayed at this wonderful hotel for few days and we could have not ask for better service. From the minute you drive in you are welcomed with friendly, efficient and professional staff. They did anything and everything and went beyond their means to please us and treated us like queens. The food was delicious. Jania the owner is wonderful. She is very sweet and kind, she took great care us. She took us sightseen, she knew best spots and was very knowledgeable. The hotel is clean, the beds are great, and the staff is wonderful. This is the place to stay. Jania, espero que nos veamos muy pronto. Gracias por tus atenciones. Las tres hermanas. itor.
