The story begins on July 19, 1956, where the Society “Gravatal Thermal Water Company” is formed, having as directors: Dr. Jose Agostinelli, Ramiro Corrêa Ferreira da Silva, Hercílio Zappelini and Aldo Zapellini, who marvel at the beautiful landscape of geological formation of Gravatal and its privileged location, which is situated between the sea and the mountains. From there begins a new impetus, a new model of life and much hope for the Gravatalense community.
