Another great stay
We enjoyed our stay again. We had a huge room that allowed our 2 young ninos (2 and 5) to play with their holiday toys and still have enough room for us to not be tripping over each other. Grandparents occupied 2 other rooms. A big shout out to Raul at front of house for all the tourist suggestions you could ever ask for. Great bonus to have a employee with excellent spoken english and insights to where to go and maybe not to go in the great city of Guadalajara.
Gratitude
Personally, the service is excellent, but this time my vote is for the pirates, the service is incredible and Jack Sparrow is an excellent Cheff, I remembered being at home. I will be back soon guys and I will keep your good attitude and excellent energy, distinguish them ...
Gratitude
It was an excellent service and the best breakfast, recognition of the pirates team and the capital jack for their good seasoning, we will return to the same hotel. He was always smiling and attending with a pleasant attitude and spreading his good energy
Excellent breakfast
I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious buffet items. We were met by the offer of a cup of orange juice as we sat down. All of the food was very good, hot food was hot. Highly recommended. Thank you, Pirates of the Caribbean, especially Captain Jack.
Disappointed
Very disappointed. We have stayed there two times in the past however this was the first time in about 4 years. Upon checking in just before 9pm, after a long day of traveling, we wanted to relax and put our children down. With high temperatures in the city, we turned the A/C on and almost immediately, it started to drip, which quickly turned into a steady steam of water. We used the bath mat and bath towel to try to keep the water from running all over the floor and called down to reception just before 10pm. They informed us they could not change our room, but would send someone. At 10:15pm, we called again as nobody had come, and by 10:25pm, 30 min after the first call, we finally gave into our lack of sleep and told them not to bother if they could not get someone there ASAP. We continued the entire night to struggle between being too hot, and getting up to clean up the water (continued to drip even when turned off), sit and listen to the loud dripping on the hollow laminate floor. Between the loud club sounds until 4am and the drunk neighbors coming in at 3:30am and continuing the party in their room, needless to say, we were exhausted and had two cranky children in tow. In the morning we requested to speak with a manager regarding the A/C. He/she was not available so they sent us the reception manager. His solution was, an upgrade in room category during our next stay, refusing to budge from that. As someone who has worked in the hotel/hospitality industry for over 20 years, I was not impressed. And FYI, if a family of 4 is checking in, give them 4 sets of ear plugs, not just one, as this seems to be your solution to the excessive noise. Pictures included of disgusting sheets that have stains they obviously could not remove. Tip, do not use sheets that cannot be thoroughly cleaned, they should be de-commissioned. I will send a video of A/C directly to management.
