Family dinner
I visited the Asia Alive on 22nd Jan for family dinner , the experience was really nice, the staff was really generous, the wide spread Buffet was mouth watering, I will rate the experience 5/5 , great ambience , delicious food and generous staff. Special thanks to Mr Gopal for making my evening
Laundry
It's always good comfort in staying Hilton'S group of hotels. Everything was perfect during my stay. Doubletree by hilton in Gurugram is one of the best stays you can look for. Staff is so polite specially Mr. Dilip kuma from laundry staff. He made sure that i get my uniform and rest of the clothes before time. I'm really impressed by this hotel.

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time, Were delighted by very friendly and helpful MS. REENA (DUTY MANAGER) front desk of this hotel. Great cocktail session provided by intesive knowledge Also an excellent breakfast buffet that spares nothing in quality and quantity. We will definetely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel. Thanks Ms Reena for your hospitality.
Event in the Hotel
After I decided to get married amidst covid, I stumbled upon a list of hotels in Gurgaon to find the best suitable hotel for the event. After having gone around the town to all the big fancy five star hotels, I was completely sadened by the fact that none of them were following proper sanitisation protocol. Additionally, all the hotel rooms/ballrooms had developed very bad odour/seepage/fungus/etc. Suddenly I remembered that we had once had a great meal at this five star hotel close to our house. The next thing we know is that we are headed to Double Tree by Hilton for a visit and to meet the marketing team to discuss the possibility of holding the event in the hotel. After a very positive discussion with the marketing/events team and a tour of the hotel, we were confident that this hotel was the right choice to have the event. Approximately a week later, we sat for a long discussion and negotiation with the hotel team and closed the deal. To my surprise, immediately after the signing of the contract with the hotel, I had with me the manager of reservations, manager of food & beverage, manager of security, manager of operations and some other relevant staff members. The event coordinator appointed by the hotel assured me that whatever was required by us or our guests would be taken care of. After that, we never had to bother about anything else. We were given a fantastic stay, some amazing events and lots of love. The hotel and the relevant managers ensured that our event and stay was unforgettable. The rooms were in spic and span condition with amazing utilities. The food on each day was spectacular. All our guests were zapped and couldn't stop licking their fingers. We went ahead with a mix of cuisines and the chef ensured that not even one dish was below awesomeness. Having seen and attended thousands of hotel weddings, I was very scared of the fact that we might not be able to scream shout party and have fun. All my notions were completely changed after this event. Everyone at Hilton ensured that our event was made magnificent and that we had a ball. All we had to do for anything we needed was to express our desires and it would be furnished instantly. A big thank you to the team at Hilton Double Tree and specially to Sandeep Bhat, Nitasha Dutta, Avinash, Reena Rana and Shaleen Gambhir. Thank you for spoiling us. I don't think we can go to any other hotel now. Can't wait to host another event at Hilton Double Tree, Gurugram.
