Ok but one of two rooms not clean
One of the rooms our party had was very clean, and all was well. Normal breakfast options taken care of with special consideration for Covid protocols. The other room had a previous customer's hair on the lounge/couch, some stained sheets and blankets, and some odd dirty spots on the shower walls that wiped off easily when wet. Overall hotel was ok and would not avoid it, but disappointed with one room's cleanliness.
Horrible stay
The room smelled like smoke. We checked in at 4am after traveling for 12 hours. The lady that helped us was nice. But went down stairs after getting to the room, to get 2 bottles of water. Had to want 10 mins on her. She was outside talking with her family. Then around 11 checkout we asked about staying another night. The lady said yes I said ok we will be back going to get breakfast. When we came back my husband job had not got us the room yet. The lady at the front got rude. Then the manager said she was going to call the cops because Priceline had not paid them yet for the room. Because her or the other lady didn’t know how to look it up. I showed her on my phone where we had paid. She said she didn’t care it had not showed up on their side. I asked if I could go get my pillow I left. She said yes but if Priceline didn’t pay she would be calling the cops on us. Very horrible customer services, will never be staying their again.
Front staff RUDE!
Went to book a room, it took the staff awhile to come to the front. (This was 4pm) kept saying “WHAT” real loud Bc she couldnt hear us apparently..when we inquired about a king room, she rudely told us she had no rooms available, that they were cleaning them. I then when Held up my phone to show that online it showed there were room as available. And she repeated that she had no rooms available to come back in an hour or so. My boyfriend then asked if we could book the room now and just come back when they were ready. She then again asked, “WHAT” real loud again. He repeated himself, now almost yelling.. and she shrugged her shoulders and said “yeah, were cleaning them just come back later” The way she came off was very rude, almost like she didn’t want to “serve us” or do any work. Idk. We went down to best western (just down the road) and they’re extremely nice. Will never go back. Will take my business down the road.
Ok visit but something didn’t seem right
We stopped for the evening and got a suite so we could relax after driving all day. The room was clean but seemed to miss something. The room is sparsely furnished including no lamp on the work desk. The beds were comfortable, the pillows are not and the room was quiet. We did get a good nights sleep.
Had to change rooms, but staff was nice
When we went to the room, we found the toilet flush handle was broke. They gave us another room. The new room was clean and everything worked, however after stepping in the shower I found the body was bottle was empty and had to wake my wife to come and supply me with soap. The staff was very nice. The food for breakfast was bad. The sausage was inedible and the eggs were barely edible as well. I ended up eating the lumpiest oatmeal ever. Good orange juice.
