Las fotos engañan bastante. El hotel es muy antiguo. Primero intentamos reservar con cama supletoria pero nos decían, tanto por la web como cuando llamamos, que no disponían de ellas, así que reservamos dos habitaciones. Cuál fue nuestra sorpresa cuando vemos que debajo de una de las camas hay una cama supletoria!!!!
Tuvimos que pedir que nos cambiaran el calentador porque daba realmente asco.
Las duchas son muy poco prácticas, ya que son abiertas, y la pequeña mampara que hay no llega al suelo, así que se moja todo el water.
El desayuno de lo más básico del mundo. Incluso por grandes ratos había cosas que había que reponer y los reponían.
Otro fallo es que el personal no habla idiomas, o por lo menos no habla español.

Spent 4 nights on a package break which included bed breakfast and evening room. The accommodation was good and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Breakfast was very good but our evening meal experience left a lot to be desired. The first and last meal was good but in the middle 2 nights, it was more like faulty towers. The food was poor, overcooked and we sent our food back to be replaced with food of the same quality. There was numerous staff but they mainly stood around talking and lacked personal initiative. I would return to this hotel if they sorted out the quality of the evening meals and the very inexperienced staff.
So much potential but falls short in nearly every area

This is a hotel in an amazing location BUT that is as far as it goes.
Check in was slow and not as welcoming and informative as it should be. I inquired about the pool, but was not told at reception that I would have to take the towel in my room.
Upon making my booking, I put in my personal requests for my requirements how I can’t say it was read.
Room was supposed to be marina view, but I got car park with a slight topping of marina. Dinner was reserved for 8.45pm - I arrived at 8.20 so that I could take in the atmosphere, sit down, enjoy a glass of wine after a long day and drive. The lady at the restaurant check in desk was really welcoming, Becky at the Bar was also really sweet. I was sat at my dinner table around 8.40, and it was an amazing table where I could take in the sunset however, I was not even attended to till 9.10pm. I ordered a duck liver pate starter and beef shin for mains. I was not once offered a bread basket or even water - until I finally managed to get the attention of one of their younger waiting staff, who served my water with slam and said “chef said he doesn’t do bread baskets”. My pate arrived with one half of a slice of limp white bread, so the experience was completely lost, my main course arrived at 10.10pm and was extremely horrible. Considering I had been told that the chef had not even started my food by one staff to having another staff bring it out seconds later, did not make me feel comfortable. Apparently the kitchen shuts at 9.30 so one has to ask why offer room service and who prepared my meal.
I had to leave my mains, which really was upsetting as I do not enjoy wasting food and I was also really hungry. Also above the restaurant was a function room and a wedding (congratulations, the bride looked beautiful) but they must have been doing the rain dance as myself and another guest, both were a little worried the horses stamping upstairs were going to fall through the roof. Again an issue management needs to address and get the floor adapted and insulated so everyone can have a good time.
Rooms are dated, except for the welcome bottle of fizz (nothing expensive) there is nothing amazing. The hot and cold shower handle was interesting as who ever fitted it was not paying attention as H will give you cold water C will give you hot water 😔
The bed is spring so anyone with back issues or sleep issues etc, this will not be a good nights sleep. The AC was not working so a very little portable that just blew puffs of air was in my room.
Value for money - No
Food and Drink - No and Uber and Deliveroo don’t deliver - gas station at the top of the road but limited times.
Bed and room - completely outdated and in need of a complete face lift
Staff: pleasant and helpful but management need to step in an offer more training and support as no guest staying in a hotel needs to hear that the staff members are related.
Uniform and uniformity: none
Leisure facility: needs attention and updating
Outside area: needs attention
Accessibility: easy however as it is an island it’s not walking distance to anything.
General observation: a hotel with so much hotel, but not at all value for money. One shouldn’t leave half of the person they went in with, but after you have had to address certain issues you leave drained and unfulfilled. Management, you really need to do much better.

Stayed here for festival of Speed. Pleasant place and lovely island with excellent coastal route for a nice early morning 10k.
Best thing about the hotel was Steph the friendly front of house receptionist. Very friendly and helpful. Even got me a takeaway breakfast so I could eat in the car on the way home as I had to shoot off after my stay.
Will be back next year!

hotel itself ok but service not so good went to have a shower after my wife and daughter and I noticed water spraying out of the top of the shower head into the electric extractor fan report at breakfast came back 8 hrs later to discover it was the same after ringing reception and telling them it's a health and safety issue and asking them if they were trying to kill us they send someone up in 2 minutes also miss informed about dinner service they offer so had to walk for 30 minutes to eat at a different restaurant ok good thing was the breakfast staff were lovely
