Great hotel rest stop for a family road trip.
Opinión escrita el 12 de Julio de 2021
Family of 4 just spent 2 nights here as stopover b/w Northern and southern California road trip. It was perfect place for the weekend. Clean, fresh and new hotel feeling. Staff were friendly and attentive. My kids loved Rose, the robot who can deliver towels and other thing for your room. They kept placing calls for more items much to dad's chagrin, but staff were sweet and understanding and even sent up soft drinks by Rose to the kids to make them smile. The pool was nice and great place to lounge - far better than expected for a residence inn style hotel. Hotel was decent 20 minute walk (or shuttle) into town. Staff were great while we were by the pool bringing propel water and ice to keep folks hydrated. Not necessary but really nice gesture.
Breakfast was good, but feels can be lone area of improvement. It's still resting on it's covid safe laurels; feels it could use some improvements. Cereal, oatmeal yogurt and some cakes were slim pickings. A bit too prepackaged.
All in all a good hotel and would def recommend and consider a future stay
A solid, highly recommended option for families and couples

Pros: brand-new hotel, great service, cleanliness, location, amenities, free parking, convenience store, great pool area and Bocce court
Cons: Healdsburg isn’t cheap!
Needs improvement: limited to no Bonvoy points availability on weekends, single-use convenplastic amenities, low-auality breakfast, weak free Wi-fi
This is a brand-new hotel that is a welcome addition to the limited hotel options in Healdsburg. Over the last 10 years, Healdsburg has become a super popular destination given its great restaurants, fun city square and town, and proximity to the best of Russian and Dry Creek Valley wineries. But along with that, the hotel prices have become pretty astronomical.
The hotel is conveniently located near the 101 and is about 5 min drive from the center of town. Parking is free and plentiful. There is also a shuttle that runs every 30 min to the city square so that you don’t drive tipsy.
Stayed in a King suite with balcony. Balcony was cool but not really worth the extra money. The suite had a lot of space and a very functional desk. Excellent/brand-new fridge, Keurig maker, electric range. TV with netflix app and Chromecast capability that I could not get to work. Free version of Wi-fi was unfortunately too weak to be reliable. Beautiful bathroom with a separate make up/vanity area for the Mrs. One improvement I’d like to see is the elimination of single-use plastic shampoo, etc.
Amenities include a nice heated pool with plentiful seating options and shade, Bocce ball court, free breakfast in the AM, 24 hr convenience store, 24 hr gym with peloton, weights, yoga mats. The breakfast isn’t great, it’s bascially like eating at a 7-eleven but the coffee is decent.
All in all a great and much-needed option to put some pricing/quality pressure on the boutique hotels and Best Western in the area.

Loved the location - just a short drive to the busy Healdsburg square and lots of wineries up Dry Creek Road. Same style of Resident Inn rooms, but slightly smaller. Very nice to spread out with a separate living area and full kitchen. Welcoming staff. They just started their Tuesday and Wednesday happy hour, and that was fun. Quiet. Overall a super spot. We will be back.
Mediocre category 6

This is a category 6 Marriott property. So I was expecting a really nice hotel. It was just average, on the par with a Town Place or Springfield. The breakfast was a joke. They used covid as an excuse to go super cheap. Don't expect a typical Marriott category 6 hotel. We were disappointed.
A wonderful place for groups

This hotel has lots of places for groups to sit and chat after a wonderful day of winetasting. There are fireplaces in front and behind the hotel. Pool area is lovely so it was a little chilly. The rooms are large and come with a kitchen. I loved Rose the robot that brought towels to the room. My only complaint is that with Covid restrictions my room was not cleaned during a 4 day stay.
