Slept well for four nights.

Cheap prize and the central location attracts party people, but luckily i got a room from the more silent floor intended for business trips/work. Plesant stay. Got a good sleep 4 nights straight and that was everything I was hoping for. Compact room with a cozy bed, sofa, tv and a shower/bathroom unit. Only dissapointing thing was that I chose this location, because ofte near location to Yrjönkatu swimming hall, and the swimming hall was closed during my stay due to corona.

This is budget hotel at Helsinki city center. It is good for a few night stay, not for longer, if you want more than bed and shower. A five minutes walk from railway station, near Forum shopping center. There is no staff, they send a keycode to door, elevator and the room. Free wi-fi, no parking - city center is not a good place for car, parking is pricy. The room is equipped with: tv (half of channels doesn't work), fridge, kettle, micro and hairdryer. Lot of restaurants and shops around. The breakfast is at Picnic Kukontori restaurant (5.30€/person 6/20).
A place to crash

If all you need is a shower and a bed to sleep, this is it. It's a no fuss chain hotel.
They send you a code and that's all you need to get in and out.
It is centrally located in the city where everything is close by, shops, bars, cafes.
Not too expensive but still not worth the money

To us this was a quite unpleasant experience. The location within the city centre is really good but that's the only positive aspect.
First of all, despite the name "hotel" it has nothing to do with a real hotel. There is no reception, noone around to ask questions or leave luggage, nothing. You will receive a PIN code to access the building and your room which starts to be valid at 16:00 on the day of arrival. in case you get there before 4 you won't even get into the building and obviously you cannot leave any luggage. not on the day of arrival and neither on the checkout day. depending on the time of day you have to use the PIN code multiple times to access your room, with 3 to 5 different doors.
the room appeared clean but the corridor had a strange smell, the room had no window to be opened, there were hardly any power points in the room nor were there hooks to hang clothes (one of the two that we found came off the wall).
the full toilet/shower-unit was a big plastic box (including the floor, the walls, the door and the celling), everything felt really awkward and cheap. there was no light switch to switch off the bath room light, it had to remain lit 24/7 (very climate friendly!).
all in all we can absolutely not recommend this place, it may look like a good option on the booking website but wait until you know what you get for your money...
It does what expected

Not a wonderful hotel but it does the job. 1 double bed and 2 single beds, separated with the shower cabin. Impossible to open the window but good ventilation
Really well located downtown for an affordable price
