Um lugar que superou muito as minhas expectativas. O apartamento é perfeito, muito bem decorado e equipado. O atendimento é muito bom e a infra do hotel para quem deseja aproveitar a praia faz toda diferença. Não encontrei nenhum ponto negativo para listar.
Excelente Resort, recem reformado em localização perfeita que é a Hilton Head Island. Praia extensa com dunas e muito verde. O apartamento do Resort com 2 quartos é excelente. Cozinha completa, máquina de lavar louça e roupa excelentes. Resort pé na areia. Piscina muito boa a beira mar. Recomendo alugar bicicleta para passear na ilha.
Just returned from 5 nights at Ocean Oak Resort. The unit was massive, stylish, and practical for a lot of swimming and sand. Plenty of room and privacy for my friend and our two small children. The pools and facilities are very nice as well. The thing that most impressed me was definitely the staff - everyone I encountered, from the front desk, cafe/bar staff, and pool attendant went above and beyond to be helpful and make our stay enjoyable. While very happy with my stay two things I'd recommend are Netflix on the TVs and more food offerings at the bar/cafe.
Great resort, clean, friendly
The resort staff was friendly and service was great. Suite was clean, comfortable, quiet. The pools and access to the beach was excellent. Bar/cafe at the pool offered great drinks and food. Our suite had a great view of the water. Walked miles on the beach. A very relaxing time.
Staff unresponsive to reported lost and found
When our first reservation ended we joined friends in their unit in Ocean Oak. In haste and confusion to move out items were left in the original unit. We reported this (including the exact location of left behind items) within a few hours of the changeover, and repeatedly inquired of the status and reported the lost items on the chargerback.com site. We are still in the resort, after 4 days of inquiry. Of note, NOBODY has a clue, NOBODY can access the Lost and Found Storage, and the employee who checks the chargerback.com site is a 3rd shift worker. So, HGV contracts with a third party to manage Lost and Found OFFSITE, messages are NOT moved through their system from shift to shift, and EVERYONE passes the buck.
