Literal VOMIT on our bed.

You couldn’t pay us to stay in this hotel again. I didn’t have high expectations as I knew it was a budget hotel. We got back from our concert around 11pm and laid down in bed and I couldn’t shake the smell of VOMIT all night. It was so late and I didn’t know if anyone would be in the office so I didn’t walk to the other building to complain. Sure enough, I check in the morning and there was vomit all over the side of the bed from a previous guest. I am so disgusted. I politely let guest services know at checkout and showed them the attached pictures and all they said was “okay”. When I say RUN, don’t walk from this place, run! Save the money.

No breakfast. No blankets on bed, only very thin bath blanket and sheet. Rooms antiquated. Both outer doors were propped open, and when brought to the attention of the desk clerk, he said that sometimes the door locks don't work. I told him if the key cards/door locks do not work,, they need to be repaired. He was correct, as when I attempted to use my room card key to get in through the outer door, the lock did not unlock until the 4th attempt. I did not feel safe here related to the lack of security, but we were extremely tired and needed to get off the road.
I am a huge fan, the number one probably.

The constant factors and homely atmosphere found at this particular hotel puts most to shame and I found it hard to wrap things up and leave the hotel more than the town itself. But, sometimes business is business. Hotel usually ain't the casa, and when the bill says $6o, and you've got $40, they'll not be like Aunt Jackie or Mama Leslie and get shooed out to shovel snow. Sheesh, I proudly stuck by my convictions and dedication by ensuring you future guests of how homely this place actually is. Hope you're as comfortable as I was in my diamond in the rough hotel discovery. REMEMBER TO TELL BETH: "ZACH SENT ME!"

Illegally charging my credit card for trumped up "missing items." A wash cloth, bathtub liner, etc. I called them thinking it was a mistake, they'd fix it. However, the front desk person was snarky and sassy. I called at 7:30AM today (01/05/21).

I reserved the room through Priceline... I check in and go to my room...
(The pic I added is of the details at the time of reservation)
#1) My room is not even close to what is pictured...
#2) There is NO Balcony... The building doesn't have a balcony anywhere... No rooms have a balcony...
#3) Considering, that all the other rooms i had looked had said NON-SMOKING I had assumed that I was renting a smoking room... It is not a smoking room...
I brought all of my issues to the attention of the lady working the front desk... She was extremely not helpful!!! I called Priceline in attempts to have my remedied... When Priceline called the hotel to see what could be done NO ONE at the hotel answered the phone... I am extremely unsatisfied!!!!
