Muy mala limpieza en la avitacion, mal olor

Muy mal hotel avitacion sucia , no cambiaron las sábanas, mal olor en la avitacion , todo luse viejo pero lo malo no es eso sino que no lo limpien como deben de ser, me quedaría por tres noches pero con una fue suficiente , para dalir de ahí y no pensar en volver a ese hotel

Checked in and I’m a diamond member the front counter attendant told me that he was upgrading me to a suite, he ended up putting me in a handicap room. I went back down and ask him about that he told me it was the best room in the hotel. I stayed at this hotel many times before and I stayed in the suite when they’ve upgraded me like they’re supposed to the room was horrible. stayed there three nights and the Room was not cleaned I was told by the front desk attendant that housekeeping does not show up always.

I was questioning the additional pet fee that the General Manager was going to apply our room rate even though it was not stated at the time of online/phone booking. According to what I was told when I booked the room for January 8th and 9th, there was no additional pet fee. Alright, things are not necessarily communicated via phone or e-mail correctly. It happens right. But when I was trying to resolve and come up with some type of resolution accommodating both our positions, his response became unbelievably tyrannical and volatile. I finally left the hotel to tend to my business down there. Figuring that I somehow maybe just touched a bad button (and I really did need to secure our accommodations as I’ll explain further on), I called back an hour or two later to try and reach some kind of a positive compromise. He was still tyrannical and unyielding, and in the end, denied honoring our scheduled stay.
We filed a complaint with Wyndham Corporate with no resolve. They claimed it has independent franchise immunity or some other such nonsense. I also filed an investigation with Wyndham Hotels customer service, case # 2645191. I had generally liked their hotels, but am now considering canceling our membership.
A few other things need to be stated. We had a diabetic dog with us that requires a fair amount of medical attention. There was also a snowstorm (unheard of in this part of the Southwest) that dropped 5” of snow that night. Had we been unable to find a place to stay that night, it could have been a very serious situation for both my wife, myself, and our dog.
On another note, the Marriot TownePlace Suites turned out to be a fantastic place to stay. Due to the snowstorm and road conditions, we had to stay an additional night. In the long run, I guess it couldn’t have worked out better as our stay was very pleasant. Our suite was very clean and had excellent cooking facilities.
We continue to stay there when we are in Hobbs. They are very pet-friendly (at a reasonable charge) and have superb customer service. My review of their facilities can also be seen on their page.

The staff and GM do an amazing job of making this feel like home away from home . They are always cleaning and everybody has face masks on. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family members .
Rude Staff, Lousy Facilities, Inconsistent Policies

This hotel has just about the rudest staff I have ever encountered in years of travel. Every interaction is unpleasant and filled with attitude, despite this being a discount hotel that is poorly maintained. The staff also completely ignores statewide covid safety protocols. Almost none wear masks and neither do very many of the guests. The rooms are flipped with only 1.5 hours between guests, and despite being “pet-friendly” the grounds offer no grassy areas for pets to utilize, meaning their waste is wherever they can find a spot. There is no breakfast despite the advertising to the contrary and ALL of the hotel facilities are cordoned off by plastic. I recommend staying elsewhere.
