Business stopover
Check in was smooth. Staff are behind Covid screens, plenty of hand gel. I didn’t mind paying £10 for parking as it was right outside in the forecourt. I chose a single room, which was plenty of space for myself. Modern room and bathroom with plenty of amenities. The bed wasn’t the comfiest of beds to sleep in and the wall at the side of the bed and the breadboard needed a wipe as stains were present. Good price for the stay.
Good size studio and great service
I stayed here for 8 days. There was some major renovation work going on right next to the studio I was staying at. It was at times noisey but overall bearable. Because of the virus, we were given a grab and go breakfast bag which really can be your lunch and dinner bag too. Very generous. Due to some mix up, a very large parcel for me was delivered well before I arrived. The hotel willingly stored it for me and I am truly grateful for this. Overall the experience is really good and I enjoy my stay at the hotel. Would recommend it if you prefer not staying in Central London...
Not the best
I don’t feel that this hotel deserves the rating that it has...but maybe I just got a bad room. The hotel on entry is very clean and looks relatively newly renovated. They looked to be taking Covid seriously which was nice to see. The room felt a little worse for wear, the carpets were covered in stains and I didn’t really feel like I wanted to remove my shoes. The bathroom was relatively new and felt clean. It was general very tired and could really do with a freshen up. Whilst the location is great for access to my office, unless the rooms change I don’t think I will be back anytime soon.
Excellent hotel
Our room was spacious, bright and airy and very clean. We all slept well and the staff were friendly and helpful, particularly the housekeeping staff on the Friday morning. The staff member gave us lots of extra towels and milk and couldn't have been more helpful. It's a shame I don't know her name. Thank you!
Amazing!!
The staff are extremely helpful! Special notice for Suzan from the front desk, extremely helpful considering our circumstances and was so friendly whilst making us aware of the covid precautions the hotel was taking. Room was clean and me and my husband had a great sleep. The hotel is located to many local shops and restaurants and is only minutes away from central. Will definitely be staying here again!
