kind and thoughtful staff, clean room, pool right in front of door, breakfast with local flavor, everything was perfect. a little far from the center, but most were close enough to walk and grab is cheap.

Great resort, wonderful experience, lovely place, nice breakfast and friendly staffs, chilling vibe and well organized overall environments, close to Hua Hin nightmarket and even provided free shuttle services, highly recommended and would like to visit again for sure.

Very accommodating

Great place, amazing location and very accommodating staff. I would highly recommend for the more discerning travellers. I needed to unfortunately cut my trip short and was offered a full refund. Most places would have just said no.

Nice Hotel, but not perfect!!

Reviewed 5 november, 2022

I think before giving any review of a hotel, the price point you paid has to be part of the evaluation. We have been to Thailand countless times, but never to Hua Hin, so decided to come here after a trip to the Maldives. We booked through Luxury Escapes and booked the highest room available on their site which was the Oceanbed Suite with Private pool. The room was nice inside and the pool was great, and quite big for a private pool in a Hotel Suite.. As part of our package was 2, 30 minute massage's which my wife was able to combine to do the one treatment for 1 hr, which she said was very good.. The bar fridge was restocked daily with a couple of cans of beer, and water, cokes etc, and also fresh fruit and a couple of bags of Crisps which was a nice touch. Breakfast was not your customary buffet type fare as you get with a lot of Hotels, but you are given a menu on paper and virtually tick what you want. The Service there is pretty quick, we hardly ever had to wait long, just some of the things you order come out at random times, like sides you order with an omlette, may come out at the end when you have finished everything else.. The cleaning of the room was always done at an exceptionally high standard, and the Staff in general were great.. Ok, the reason why I could not possibly give this a 5 star was the layout of the Suite, and really considering it is such a big part of our experience here, then giving a 4 is generous. Our room was around $370 a night through Luxury Escapes, and whilst the room itself and pool were good, to not have an area to sit once getting out of the pool was mind boggling. We had a pool, and then a Jacuzzi on the decking with nowhere to sit, you would virtually have to walk across a 10-15m gravel path to the front of the Suite to find a sit down area, or sunlonge, and it is not ideal when you jump out of the pool.. Our room was also the closest room to the road and reception area, on Oceanside so not very idyllic at that price point. Now, I do believe some of the other rooms on Oceanside seem to have a more logical layout, so just be mindful as to the room you book. I think if you book a more standard room, this place for its price could give you more value for money to be honest, but i think from our perspective a 4 is being generous

Wonderful as ever - back for our fourth, and not last, stay :-)

Reviewed 30 october, 2022

This was our fourth stay in this lovely hotel and as good as ever. We were even able to stay again in ‘our’ Sansky Deluxe room alongside the Oasis private courtyard. It was just perfect. We had breakfast every morning in the light and bright OB-OON Deli & Boulangerie – Patisserie with a wide offering of cereals, yoghurts, fruit, hot and cold breakfast options and an excellent egg chef .. for my usual vegetarian chili omelette!! Another couple stayed with us and, as tradition, cocktails had to be drunk at the Oceanside Bar together with two dinners in the restaurant. Food and drinks, as before, excellent. Check-in and checkout were efficient and easy and they also booked two excellent day trips (Monsoon Valley Winery lunch and Sam Roi National Park) and our return car to Bangkok. Every member of staff seems happy and were always smiling. Nothing better than a friendly person handing out our towels every day for our 7am swim. It was wonderful to finally be able to return and we hope to do so again in the not too distant future. Many thanks again to all the staff.
