The hotel's location is probably the only redeeming feature. It's no longer affiliated with Best Western and I can see why. Staff were pleasant with one exception - a very rude Front Desk worker. Room was acceptable, spacious and quiet and it was clean. A bit of a strange odour which I believe was coming from the antiquated a/c unit.

They made us wear mask’s when none of the workers were wearing them, they also were rude, the toilet barely flushed, we stayed a good 4-5 nights and no new towels were given to us, besides that the area was good, the internet was fine, and everything else was going okay

First room toilet plugged .no one to unplug toilet so they switched my room very Unconvenient .new room filthy burn holes in comforter on bed foul odor hadn't been swept dead bug in bathroom and in refrigerator and no coffee maker had coffee no maker

Good location in the middle of the DFW area. Comfy beds. Everything in the room worked as expected. Never got a cleaning service. Masks were required however Hotel workers never wore one but enforced guest to wear one.

I usually do not complain but this was bad. I booked 2 rooms with King Beds for $75, 4 weeks before I arrived, and a 3rd room with double beds for for $95 2 weeks prior before arriving. Six of us traveled from Austin to Dallas for WrestleMania Sat. When we arrived a little after 3 PM check in time, we had to wait almost 30 minutes for the rooms to be ready only to be told that I would only be able to get 2 rooms because they were overbooked. Not my problem, but the guy at the desk did not care and was not going to help. He said that I can check somewhere else and we could leave. If I had not planned to be at my even by 5 that day, I would have certainly left. I decide to stay and we divided the 2 rooms for 6 adults (1 King bed and 2 Double beds). Once in the rooms, the one with the double beds had a bad cigarette Oder, there was no TV remote, the coffee maker was broken, and the bathroom door would not close properly. I even asked the guy to give me the same rate for the 2nd room and he said no. I also checked on the BW app, and they were still showing to have rooms for the same King bed but for over $200 for the same night stay. I really hope that this was not the reason I lost my second room. I had stayed at other BW in the past and have never experienced service like this. I will give BW one more chance but if this ever happens again, I am out. This hotel is so old and outdated, I am surprised that they are even allowed to fly under the BW name. Horrible, just Horrible!!
