I stayed at this place for a week and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at!!!! Staff was amazing, friendly and very welcoming. The hotel was very nice and clean and beautiful, the restaurants in the hotel are amazing and the food is delicious!!!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!
Luxury Hotel but the location so so
The hotel is big, luxury, beautiful very well decorated. It has two swimming pools one covered and one open. Clean rooms, great services good prices but the only problem is its location. The hotel is not close to restaurants and cafeterias. They have a daily shuttle that goes to Taksim at 12:45. I would suggest to the hotel to provide frequent shuttle to the closest public transportation (metro or metrobus) since providing frequent shuttles to the down-town is very hard due to the bad traffic in the area during the rush hours.
hug, nice but isolated from the rest of the world
A nice lobby and reception, but far from any thing, nothing around even not a small cafeteria, no public transportation, the only way to be transported are the taxis or the hotel free shuttle, the room was good, the bathroom was cozy.
a good five stars hotel with low price
modern five stars hotel with suitable price , it contains fitness center and a swimming pool, close to some shopping centers its also suitable to relax and to spend time far from the city center. it was good experience
Awesome Hotel
Spotless clean room and bathroom - housekeeping works very efficiently, tranquility was very good. Breakfast was very delicious and fresh, consisted of lots of varieties, special thanks to the girl on hot station. The only negative part was in terms of Guest Relations Clerk (female working in the evening shift) - truly has no clue about what does Guest Relations means, no greeting, no assistance,she could even at least be polite while the guest is coming with small request! :( First time face something unpleasant like that in 5 star hotel! Overall - very nice!
