We were 3 friends looking for last minute booking and we found this hotel. Staff was really friendly and ready to help us. They gave us room in appartments for good price and we were more than satisfied. Fatih the bell boy helped me with my heavy luggage and he showed us around. Thank you Kupeli hotel staff for outstanding hospitality. 5/5
Clean rooms and wonderful staff!
Stayed here for 4 nights and I must say I truly loved it here! The staff is so welcoming and accommodating that you end up greeting and talking to them on a first name basis. Shout out to Bilal and Tanner who helped us the most! The rooms are so clean and snug making you feel comfortable. Breakfast is also included which is a plus and the location is perfect and walking distance to all the must see attractions like grand bazaar, Hagia Sofia, blue mosque and soooo much more. I definitely recommend Hotel Kupeli for any tourists who want to experience the beautiful Istanbul.
Prime location, awsome staffs, nice room
Kupeli Hotel is located at a prime location, only 2 min walk from Istanbul metro station Cemberlitas, and 10 min walk from main attractions including Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. Staffs here were suuuupeeeerrrr friendly and helpful. We felt that we were genuinly taken care of! While we were planning our trip I sent multiple emails regarding airport transport and city tour bookings, and Cem always reply promptly. During our stay, the front desk and the bell boy Fatih helped us out a great deal indeed. On our last night, I developed a bad allergy with rashes all over my face and neck so I asked for lemon edges, cucumber slices and ice for soothing skin mask. They didn't ask any question (although we think they thought we were asking for snacks and yes, the cucumber was tasty XD) and even had Fatih delivered them to the room. And Fatih, my friend and I would hope to encourage you to catch up in English, and you may build for yourself a better carreer :) Last but not least, the room was clean and comfy. We were first given a one-double-bed room and when we asked for two beds, they said "ahh we didn't know you were two friends travelling together" and they moved us to a two-bed family (one double and one single bed) and much more spacious room. It feels like a free upgrade.. and if so, thank you Kupeli Hotel XP In short, it was a more than pleasant stay and I personally recommend it to anyone travelling to Istanbul!
Big thumbs up!
This hotel is definitly recommended. The service was good and the place where the hotel is located is perfect, there are a lot of beautiful place to visit nearby the hotel. The rooms are clean, and every morning top care is taken of your room, so that you are in a clean room again
Very good location, great staff
The hotel is very well situated, only ten to fifteen minutes walk from the central tourist area (Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc), but it is set back a bit from the main shopping and eateries street so not too busy. It is 2 minutes walk from Cemberlitas tram stop too, so you can get out and about, and the Grand Bazaar and the Cemberlitas Hamam are right nearby. The room and bathroom were clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast and wifi weren't the best ever, but perfectly fine and still good value for money. The TV doesn't have any English language channels (as far as we could see), and there are some bits of the wall where the pipes are exposed, but neither of these things bothered us - we didn't come to Turkey to watch TV, and the rooms are generally very nice, so not a problem at all. The best aspect is the customer service. The front desk is manned 24/7 and all the staff we spoke with were very friendly and helpful. They arranged airport transfers for us to and from Sabiha Gokcen Airport, gave us lots of advice on what to see and were just generally really nice, even late at night and early in the morning. I would have no problem recommending this hotel and would come back here if and when I visit Istanbul again.
