Place are good
Not the best in town as four stars but clean and good staff. Definitely ill back to the same hotel next time. Also recommend it to you guys. Walking distance to most tourists area in the city. The breakfast was damn good.
Location is great.
This hotel is definitely not a four star. I would rate this hotel as a three star hotel. The staff on our arrival did not assist us with our baggage and we had to carry it on our own. The rooms are very average and need attention and the bathrooms are very average. The noise levels at this hotel is crazy. Try and get the highest floor available. The breakfast is terrible for a four star hotel and does not offer anything that other four star hotels have on offer. The best thing about this hotel is its location and the view from the breakfast area. Staff try to assist but the service is very average. If you choose this hotel, insist a room with a view or you will be left with a room with no window (forget the view). The mini bar fridge is so noisy in the room that i switched it off at night.
This Hotel has a unique Location In the middle of Taksim square They have room city view and Sea View but the city view are best The breakfast in rooftop so amazing The employees are helpful Really it's very good hotel I will Come again and again to this hotel Special thanks for Mr Gurkan
Super location and hotel!
The location is perfect, right on Taksim Square. Istaklal st is right in front. Lots of restaurants and shops open till very late. Breakfast was also good. Service was also good. Clean comfortable rooms. Reception staff was also very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend it and will come back one day with my family.
Judging by the amenities....
they didn't exist. Bathrobes? Bed turndown? Health club? Bellman? Bar? Restaurant...none of them. Cold people at the understaffed reception. English was difficult for them. Fortunately I had someone with me who spoke Turkish. I was handed the key and the man at the desk pointed to the elevator while the man that appeared to be the bell person leaned on the counter as I dragged my luggage. Couldn't get the ac to function properly...once again no one spoke English. Great location with wonderful cafes everywhere.
