Rip-off overpriced mobile home quality

At arrival you’ll find out you made a mistake. They know it and will charge for canceling any part of your stay. No AC, horrible beds, tv without cable. zero amenities. Like being in a student dorm. Never staying there again

Know What You're Getting

Reviewed 12 march, 2018

First: this hotel is right-next-door (Right NEXT Door) to a sewage treatment plant, so you might not need to read any further. This is anything but a 'boutique' sports hotel (as their business card describes it). I really don't know what it is? It's in a sports complex (with, I believe, an automobile race track behind it ! as well as training flelds and playing area) and I presume it's used by officials/coaches/referee's, etc). There are disused floors, abandoned decks, empty washing machine bays, collections of cleaning implements, etc, in the hallways. Doors taped closed, odd and distasteful garbage on the exterior window sills, disfunctional jalousie window sets in the corridors. So far as I could see it has no provision for either heat or air conditioning. Have NEVER been in a hotel with more old hair in the shower drain grid. Rooms have no safe and our closet had one hanger. Their on-site-cafeteria is closed by six and there is NO place to eat in the area: our dinner was snacks from a convenience store several blocks away. Their very limited TV had so much pixilation, so many drop outs, so many lock ups that you would have thought the broadcasts were coming from Mars. If our cab driver didn't intervene for us we would never have found it because it's behind a locked steel wall (for the facility): He located the right sliding panel on his 3rd stop. On a + side the staff was extremely helpful; even offered to get a relative to drive us to a restaurant, or to make up a detailed set of instructions we could give to a cab driver so we could find a place to eat. The room was clean (except for the shower) and it IS near to the airport. We stayed here because the cost for rooms close to the airport was so high. Even though Aristos was the least expensive place we could find at the airport it was still the most expensive hotel of our extended trip. My recommendation is to accept the cost and spend $20.00 more for better accommodations, especially if you're a traveling family

Good for a night stay after a concert

Reviewed 19 may, 2016

I decided to stay for a night near the airport, after a soccer game that ended past 11 o'clock. This hotel is good for a one night stay, after a late event like a soccer game or a concert. The Foro Sol Concert Hall is right next to the hotel, so it comes in handy for people who are only visiting Mexico City for this events. I will not recommend this hotel for a bussiness trip; it has WiFi but lacks of a phone line. The TV is not cable-based: it has an antenna. There is no safe box.

Conforme
