Don't judge by the exterior
This hotel looks rather stern and uninviting from the outside, almost like an office block, but it was first rate. Very minimal, 60's styling in the foyer but the rooms are great. Spacious, clean, modern and all have great en suites. The view from the back of the hotel is amazing, looking straight up to Monte Oriel. A huge rocky plateau dominating the area. Although the hotel is surrounded by residential apartments, the whole area is spacious and landscaped. It is about 10 minute drive into Jaca where there is so much to do and see. The staff were great, we found the prices reasonable, the rooms were perfect and the food was also fine. An important feature for us was parking. The hotel provides underground parking at 8 euros per night but there is plenty of parking in streets around it.
Big on size but small on guests facilities
Spent 4 nights here as a base for Spanish Pyrenees,Swimming pool was shut and dirty-not what one would expect to see.Very few facilities available for guests with a very small bar area for the size of the hotel. However the food was very good, hot and portion sizes very big and rooms large and comfortable.
Very comfortable hotel.
Just a 5 minute walk from the hustle and noise of central Jaca. The Reina Felicia, is a modern, hotel with large comfortable rooms. Excellent views from the window. Spa and swimming pool and good menu available from the restaurant. Breakfast availability is huge, hot and cold. Recommended.
This is a top class hotel.
This is our second visit here and Hotel Eurostars Reina Felicia is still an ideal hotel. Although they have an underground hotel car park, there is so much parking around the hotel to make parking very easy, convenient and safe. And talking of convenience, although the hotel is situated in a quiet, residential area, it is an easy 15 minute stroll to the town centre. The hotel itself is modern and very smart with excellent facilities. Check in was friendly and efficient and the staff here are always very helpful. Our room on the first floor was large, comfortable and very smart, and had a very modern and plush en-suite bathroom. The decor and furnishings of the room were top grade, with everything you need and expect. Breakfast was included in the price of our room but is 10 Euros per person otherwise. It is a top-class buffet affair with a full range of hot and cold food. I booked this stay direct with the company and when you consider that we had an excellent double room with breakfast included for a price of 68 Euros, this in my opinion represents excellent value. We will certainly stay at this hotel again and highly recommend it.
One night stop
We stayed just the one night here on our way home. On arrival the staff were friendly and helpful. There is limited secure parking underground. Otherwise it's in the open car parks. The room was spacious enough, and clean. We ate there that night. There was a set menu for 16.95 euro's. The food wasn't the best. But for 16.95 for three courses, our expectations weren't great anyway. After we went to the bar, but waited a long time for one of the waiters to come from the restaurant to serve. Over all the hotel is ideally situated for visiting the Pyrenees. But it just lack some atmosphere and could do with a refresh.
