Nice Hotel at reasonable rates

Reviewed 26 september, 2022

My wife and I stayed here for a 10 night holiday and although it was at the end of September and most other hotels were closing down as it is the end of their season we has a great stay the hotel is very clean and the staff were all very helpful especially at reception where Agnese and Louisa were fantastic and a credit to the company. Breakfast included with a super choice and all you need to start your day. The rooms were serviced daily and I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel!

A very nice hotel with great service, clean and comfortable rooms. It's possible to have two rooms together for the family, one apartement with a small kitchen and one ordinary double room each with a bathroom which was great! Breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices! Pool outside with a calm surrounding and a bar. The beach is just a short walk away across the shoppingstreet with all its restaurants and shops. We had a great stay here at Sheila!

Good hotel, fabulous staff, good location.

Myself and my wife recently stayed in this hotel for 11 nights. First let me state this is not a 4 star hotel, its a very good 3 star. Its location is very good just 2 hundred metres from a beautiful beach where you will find 2 beds with umbrellas waiting for you, a real lovely touch. Breakfast is OK, there's is warm fried ,scrambled, and boiling eggs, with bacon, and the making of a lovely continental breakfast. The pool is nice and quite but could do with sun umbrellas. When you arrive your given a beach bag with you beach towels, this is a great idea. Now I said this is not a 3 star hotel but it has 5 star staff. I've travelled quite a lot but never encountered a nice bunch of hotel employees, From the receptionist, the house keeper's the 2 ladles at breakfast, one who sings away to herself as she works. I have to mention 2 members of staff in particular, Agneza on reception, who went above and beyond when I lost my wallet, once I informed her of my loss she had found it within 10 minutes and arranged for us to pick it up from the local bus station . She informed us abou the trip to venice and made it so easy to do.The other member of staff I have to complement is Carmelo. This guy seems to do everything around the hotel from Barman to night porter. From the moment arrived he looked after us, he made sure the room was OK, arranged for extra pillows. He told us about trips , bars, restaurants, best things to do in the area. Whatever we needed he just seemed to arranged it. Absolutely fabulous service. We enjoyed our trip so much we are looking so much to going back to this hotel in September. I always finish my reviews with 2 questions. 1, Would I return, A BIG YES 2, would I recommend it to a friend, again a big yes. Many thanks for a wonderful stay. Gerald Thornhill

Very pleasant stay

Was not looking to visit Venice, just found a good deal thru Tui so thought wife’s birthday so why not. Usually do all inclusive but opted for b&b, limited reviews which was surprising, but all depends on people’s expectations and tolerances. Just a short flight of 2hrs and transfer of 45mins, on arrival at hotel we were greeted at reception, checked in and received a complementary beech bag with our towels and if we needed to change our towels there will be a €3 euro charge per towel. Very modern hotel with numerous rooms from couples to family sizes, our room was more catered for the older client as it had a shower with a seat and a toilet with a raised seat and hand rails, bed was really comfy, walk in wardrobe, free safe, air con, fridge, TV not many english channels (but i did not come away to watch telly) it’s nice to see that they can cater for all needs. Breakfast bacon and scrabbled egg, other egg styles on request, meats, cheese, pastries, coffees and teas, toaster, breads gluten free and vegan choices all good. Room service good, kept very clean, top shelf in walk in wardrobe was dusty but cleaner was only 5’ 3” and shelf was 6’. We would gladly return to this hotel if we came back to Venice, you where made very welcome and the staff are very helpful and pleasant. Great location, beautiful beech, restaurants, shops, etc, etc, really cater for family’s and old gits like us, and very very clean. Venice not too far away, didn’t do your operator trip at £68, went to local tobacconist and got tickets for two buses and boat for €18 each which took us 90m their and 90m back, beautiful views and well worth the trip, not too expensive if you keep to the back streets. But that’s our experience and we weren’t disappointed.

Not great

Currently staying in this hotel. Paid extra for one of the apartment rooms, on arrival €100 was demanded from us to use it, which we did not have in cash. It has now been locked off - there is not even a facility to make a drink - I have to say I'm totally disgusted by this attitude. To pay to use something o have already paid for is an outrage.
