Great staff and nice hotel but no self-service laundry
Unacceptable to only offer an over-priced valet laundry service. Staff was very polite, friendly and effecient and the hotel was clean. The breakfast had everything and more. However, it would be nice to offer a businessman that is putting in 10 hrs a day and in in town for three weeks on business, the option to access self-service laundry. On principal, I am not interested in paying $4-6 per piece of clothing. I traveled lightly and must have regular access to laundry service beyond valet laundry.
Great Staff & Consistent Service
The staff here is wonderful and the service is always consistent. I love the early check-in, which they always accomodate if at all possible. Teri is a wonderful manager, and the team remembers me and provides excellent customer service. Rooms are always very clean and well furnished. I stay here a minimum of 4 nights a month and have always had a good experience.
Great Hyatt Location
I have nothing site specific to complain about this Hyatt. The room was great. The hotel location was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with my stay. The only issue I have is about the trend to provide jars of jelly, peanut butter and butter as part of the breakfast, rather than the individual servings. I know that it saves money and paper waste to have these large jars of community condiments-- but I am unwilling to use it because every other person's knife (and who knows what else) grabbed that stuff out of that jar over a period of days until the thing is empty. I find it rather unappealing and just skip the condiments. I wish all hotel chains would go back to individual serving containers and use some biodegradable wrapping or something.
Hyatt Place is the place to be
I have enjoyed other Hyatt Place stays and the Johns Creek location is at the top of the list. I was there for business but I'm sure it's great for personal travel as well being located near many residential communities. The services offered for the business traveler is very good. Overall it was a great stay and I will be there again in the future.
Excellent staff, comfortable sleep from mattress to the pillows, wonderful breakfast including egg, potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, french toast, pancakes, grits, oatmeal, different breads, zucchini bread and fruits.
